Get to all of the attractions of Pigeon Forge and the natural beauty of the Smokies in just minutes from this beautiful log cabin. From the moment you walk in the door you will notice the solid wood interior, lovely decor, and the high cathedral ceilings in the great room. With over 2100 square feet of living space this cabin will offer you and your family a great get away in the Smokies. This cabin has 3 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and in room jetted Jacuzzi tub. There is also a half bath on the main floor for your convenience. The master bedroom located on the main floor has a king bed, and is decorated with a bear theme. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located upstairs each with queen beds. All bedrooms have cable and 32' flat screen TVs. Enjoy some game time in the upstairs loft featuring Foosball and pub table with board games. The great room has a 47 flat screen TV, with cable and DVD player along with a collection of DVDs. If you can t completely get away from it all, we have WiFi. Warm up by the electric fireplace during the fall and winter months. Plenty of comfortable seating on the 3 couches, one of which is a queen size pull-out bed. Even though there is an endless supply of great restaurants nearby you can spend a night in, cooking in your huge kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware. Breakfast bar with bar stools and the Amish made dining table offer plenty of seating. There is a charcoal grill out front, where you can sit and relax on the front covered porch. The back deck features a dining table and gliding chairs. Laundry room with washer/dryer is located

off the kitchen. Located less than 5 minutes to Dollywood and Tanger Outlets, this location can t be beat. There is an endless amount of things to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, ask us about the back roads to save you time and avoid traffic! Easy access on paved roads. CANCELLATION POLICY Any rental fees paid, less a $50 processing fee plus any credit card fees, are refundable, if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation penalty which will be fifty percent (50%) of the total stay. The penalty, minus the $50 processing fee, will be waived if the space can be filled by another party. Please make sure you receive a confirmation email that your reservation has been cancelled. This is a Non-Smoking rental. Smoking is permitted on the porches or decks only. Please do not throw your butts off of either the porch or deck. Please be advised that any signs of smoking in this cabin will constitute a breach of agreement and your damage deposit will not be returned. Minimum age for renters is 24. KEYS The key is stored in a coded lock box. The code changes periodically and we will provide you with the code 7-10 days before your stay and after final payment is received. We will also provide you with directions at this time. There is a charge for lost keys of $75.00. If you have not received this information 7 days prior to your arrival, please send an email to becklogcabin@gmail.com or call Sarah at 419-957-4717. CHECK INS & CHECK OUTS Check in Time is 4:00PM / Check out Time is 10:00AM. Check with us if you need to check in early/ check out late and we will try to accommodate if possible! On the Day of your departure please call or text the caretaker Michelle at the number posted on the fridge by 10:00am to officially check out. When checking out you should do the following: Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn the dishwasher on to run a cycle. Gather up all trash and garbage and dispose of in the outside trash containers. Gather all dirty towels in the laundry room and start a load Check all areas for your personal belongings. Turn the thermostat up to 78 degrees in the Summer months and 55 degrees in the winter months. Make sure that all windows and doors are locked and key is back in the lock box. Our caretaker will inspect the cabin after each rental for excess mess or damage. Each renter is responsible for leaving the rental in order before check out. If there are any damages/mess upon your arrival please notify the owner s ASAP. Additional Info TELEPHONE/INTERNET This cabin does not have a land line phone. There is wireless internet- the wifi network name is Lilys Pad and the password is lilyspad1519 There is no daily housekeeping during your stay. There are cleaning tools available for the Renters use (broom, mop, vacuum, etc). If you are staying more than a week and would like a mid-stay cleaning we can arrange for that. The unit is fully furnished with cookware, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, glasses, silverware and dishes. We provide linens and towels based on the number in your party, and a starter supply of dish detergent, paper towels, and

toilet tissue. If you are planning on an extended stay, or if there is a large number in your party you should add these items to your grocery list. This cabin has a washer and dryer but detergent is not provided. FIREPLACES The electric fireplace will be operable from October 1 until April 15th. Do not burn anything inside or make adjustments to the fireplace settings. AMENTIES The unit has basic cable in all rooms. There is Wi-Fi Access. With any home appliance, A/C, heating units, TV s, fireplaces, etc malfunctions do occur on occasion, there is a list of emergency contacts on the fridge. CRITTER & WILDLIFE Please be aware that you are in the mountains. This cabin is treated for pests by a professional pest control company each month. However, certain bugs, hornets, spiders, lady bugs, wasps, ants and other pests will be around the cabin inside or out. Please make every effort to keep windows and doors closed. Please make sure that outside trash cans are firmly secured and all trash is bagged.
