Options Service Concealment offers you the possibility of using the skillfully engineered clipclad framework, ultimately saving costs on installation. Options is the ideal solution for budget driven projects for almost every market, including education, healthcare and hotel & leisure. Standard (MFC) Cubicles The economy cubicle system for dry areas made in 18/19mm melamine faced chipboard from our standard colour range, with matching or contrasting 2mm plastic edging. Scuba - Water Resistant Cubicles A range of cubicles made from 12-13mm solid grade laminate for tough impact resistance in wet areas, Scuba can be supplied full height to meet SSLD-3 standards for schools. Scuba is available with doors or curtains and can be supplied with shower seats, mirrors and clothes hangers. 04 05 All Options cubicles can be supplied in compliance with Document M 2004 legislation as well as the 2007 DDA regulations in Scotland. Contrasting pilaster colours are also available on all Options cubicles in accordance with DDA visual impairment regulations. Standard (HPL/Postformed) Cubicles Options Standard cubicles can also be supplied in 18mm chipboard bonded with high pressure laminate with 2mm ABS edging. Optional post-formed pilasters and exposed edges are available to order. 06 Options is a practical, cost effective collection of washroom elements for cubicles, service concealment and vanity areas. Scamp Cubicles Scamp cubicles are a variation on the Scuba cubicle range. Feature doors provide the necessary privacy as well as easy supervisor access when required. Doors can be custom-profiled to add aesthetically interesting shapes to this colourful cubical range. Child-safe plastic hardware has been designed exclusively for Scamp. Alternatively, Grant Westfield trademark stainless steel hardware is available. 07 Service Concealment Systems 08-09 The Options Service Concealment Systems provide practical solutions for the protection of, and access to service pipe work using factory made assemblies or loose panel components. These can then be demounted for access and maintenance purposes. Options Accessories 10 Grant Westfield offers a variety of integrated washroom solutions to complete Options, including odour combating, waterless urinals, mirrors and vanity units. In addition to the Standard Options colour range, bespoke digital laminates can add identity to your washroom, while laminate used in multipanel wall panels can be used on Options in a combination of the two complementary systems. 04 05 Options Standard (MFC) Doors, partitions and pilasters are all manufactured from 18/19mm MFC for an economic solution in dry areas. Panel edges are lipped with 2mm ABS edging tape. Grant Westfield signature adjustable feet, DDA compliant indicator bolts with circular face and brackets are supplied in stainless steel as standard. Head-rails and hinges with emergency release facility are supplied in satin anodised aluminium. Colours are selected from the Options Standard MFC range (page11). Armandine Options Scuba To ensure maximum protection against water and vandalism, all doors, partitions and pilasters are produced in high performance 12/13mm solid grade black core laminate. For health and safety, corners on doors and pilasters are radiused, and all edges are machined to a smooth profile. 06 07 Options Scamp (Kid s Cubicles) All doors, partitions and pilasters consist of 13mm solid grade black core laminate for high wear and water resistance. With child safety in mind, edges are machined to a smooth profile and corners of doors and pilasters are rounded. Intermediate partitions can be full height, door height or shaped to your requirements. Support legs and brackets are stainless steel. Support posts, hinges and head-rails are manufactured in satin anodised aluminium. As standard, indicator bolts are made in high performance plastic with wrap round sliding handle mechanism for child safety and ease of use. Alternatively, Grant Westfield iconic stainless steel indicator bolts can be supplied. A selection of door profiles are available (as shown below) in a variety of colours from the Grant Westfield compact grade range, as well as in a choice of embedded graphic designs to suit younger users. Overall height is 2000mm with low level doors and partitions at 1400mm including 180mm floor clearance. Cubicles are 1500mm deep and recommended centres of 890mm are standard. Door styles Zebrano Plain A Options Standard (HPL/Post-formed) Options Standard Laminate cubicles are made from 18mm furniture grade chipboard bonded on both sides with a choice of two laminate grades. The high pressure laminate option is supplied with square edged pilasters and doors lipped with 2mm ABS edging tape (shown left). Alternatively, the vertical edges of the pilasters and outward opening door can be post-formed to a 12mm radius, with all remaining edges lipped with 2mm ABS edging tape (shown above). 08 09 Options Service Concealment The Options Service Concealment System is designed to provide cost effective access ducts and panelling to washrooms and other places where there is a requirement for decorative concealment of services with maintenance access. The selection of panel specifications and finishes offer a wide flexibility of choice - to meet budgets at all levels. There are two service concealment systems made from plywood or engineered metal frames. Both systems can be supplied pre-machined to accept your chosen sanitary ware, if required. The modules link together for a robust, fast and easy installation. Options SC Ply This range offers factory assembled plywood frame and panel sets for service concealment ready for installation to prepared surround grounds. These elements can be supplied in a range of sizes dependent on the sanitary ware application or space available. Link spacers are provided to fit between the elements to set the modular layout. These can be faced with laminate where flashgaps are to be created. Optional laminate faced trims can be supplied for finishing the contractor installed surround grounds. End panels are available to convert the elements into single or multiple assemblies for hospital or health care applications. Options SC Metal Offering a similar modular supporting framework to Options SC Ply, this system is manufactured from engineered metal frames incorporating clipclad technology and sits in a steel floor track for precise alignment. The system is complete with the mounting frames to accommodate both wall hung and floor mounted sanitary ware, tested to meet the relevant standards. 10 11 Options Accessories Options Standard MFC Cubicle Colour Range Vanity Areas and Mirrors We offer standard and custom built vanities and sill tops in a range of materials from simple post-formed laminated tops to solid surface tops with fully integrated bowls to granite, stone and glass applications to suit the levels of specification required by your project. Mirrors can be supplied along with Options Service Concealment Systems. Board Grades Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC) Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC) is constructed from a resin impregnated decorative paper mounted onto a high quality chipboard core. It has matching decorative surfaces on both sides and is suitable for lower traffic, dry environments. MFC is a cost effective material for those washroom schemes where economy is imperative. Sani-Saver Sani-Saver is an easy to fit replacement urinal kit that eradicates energy usage from flush controls or constant flushing, saving between 50-90% on water usage. Each kit comprises a urinal, a high performance wall mounting panel, a waterless cartridge and all fixings. As well as combating odour from above and below the bowl, Sani-Saver gains BREEAM points and slashes water bills. Please note MFC is not suitable for ducts in cubicles. In this application Moisture Resistant Melamine Faced Chipboard (MR MFC) is required, which is not available in the Standard MFC colour range, as shown above. Compact Grade Laminate Compact grade laminate is specifically designed for more robust environments. Manufactured with a solid core, constructed from multiple layers of quality Kraft papers impregnated with resins and with two decorative surfaces for cubicle construction, it is extremely strong, durable and has remarkable structural stability. Ideal for high moisture and high humidity areas the unique solid core properties prevent peeling and cracking and make the product easy to clean. High Pressure Laminate (HPL) Complementary Products Throughout this brochure, the flooring used in all main images is Grant Westfield s own twinfloor - the floating vinyl floor that requires no adhesive or specialist fitters, as the overlapping gluestrips stick to one another, not the sub-floor. twinfloor is part of multipanel the collection.
