LED digital display Knowing your Product Control Panel START button While in the standby mode, press MENU button to select a cooking mode and then press START button to start cooking. A buzzer will sound. While using the TIMER program, press the START button to confirm the preset settings. MENU button While the cooker is in standby mode, press MENU button to select desired cooking modes will cycle as follows: GRAIN PILAF FRY MILK PORRIDGE BUCKWHEAT SOUP STEAM WARM STEW YOGURT BAKE TIMER button Use this function to delay a cooking program. You can use this function only after choose the cooking mode, Press MENU button to choose the function you want to delay, and then press TIMER button,the indicate light of TIMER button will blink, press MENU(minute) and TIME(hour) buttons to set delay time within 24 hours. WARM/CANCEL button While the cooker is in standby mode, press WARM/CANCEL button to start the keep warm function. When it is cooking, press WARM/CANCEL button to cancel all cooking process and return to the standby mode.
TIME button After press MENU button to select the cooking mode, press the TIME button could adjust the desired cooking time under setting. Prepare to cook Before First Use Read all the instructions and important safeguards. Remove all packaging materials; make sure items are received in good condition. Place multi-cooker on a flat, heat-resistant and non-flammable surface. Remove any stickers from the surface of the cooker and wipe the surface clean with a damp dishcloth. Wash all the accessories with warm soapy water using a sponge or dishcloth. Rinse well to remove soapy residue, then dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Do not immerse the appliance, cord and plug in water at any time. Power Up Always check to see if the electric cord or plug is damaged before use. Attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. You will hear a beep and the cooker will enter into the standby mode. The LED display will show - - - - and means the cooker in standby mode. The cooker is now ready for cooking. General Operation Guide 1. Prepare the food you want to cook according to the recipes. 2. Put food into the cooking pot. 3. Press MENU to select a cooking mode according to the recipes. 4. Press the START to start the cooking process immediately. 5. After finished cooking, press the WARM/CANCEL button to turn off the unit. Note: To cancel an activated program, simply press WARM/CANCEL button. The cooker will go to standby mode. You can start to program again. Cooking mode GRAIN mode 1. Prepare food for GRAIN according to recipe. 3. Press MENU button until the indicator light for GRAIN is on, the LED display will show the default 6 When the cooking time ends, the cooker will beep and go automatically to the keep warm mode. 7 Until you press WARM/CANCEL button to cancel the program, the food will keep warm for up to 2 PILAF mode 1. Prepare food for PILAF according to recipe. 3. Press MENU button until the indicator light for PILAF is on, the LED display will show the default FRY mode MAKE SURE THE LID IS OPEN FOR FRY

Press MENU button until the indicator light for FRY is on, the LED display will show the default 5. Adjust the cooking time if desired by pressing the TIMER button to increase time 6. Press START button, the cooking time will start counting 7. When the cooking time ends, the cooker will beep and go automatically to standby mode, MILK PORRIDGE mode 1. Prepare food for MILK PORRIDGE according to recipe. 3. Press MENU button until the indicator light for MILK PORRIDGE is on, the LED display will show the default BUCKWHEAT mode 1. Prepare food for BUCKWHEAT according to recipe. 3. Press MENU button until the indicator light for BUCKWHEAT is on, the LED display will show the default SOUP mode 1. Prepare food for SOUP according to recipe. 3. Press MENU button until the indicator light for SOUP is on, the LED display will show the default STEAM mode 1. Prepare food for SOUP according to recipe. 2. Put steam tray into the removable cooking pot. Fill cold water into pot just below bottom of the steamer tray, about 2 cups. Put the food on the steam tray or on a dish. 3. Press MENU button until the indicator light for STEAM is on, the LED display will show the default STEW/BRAISE mode 1. Prepare food for STEW/BRAISE according to recipe.

BAKE/BREAD mode 1. Prepare food for BAKE/BREAD according to recipe. 3. Press MENU button until the indicator light for BAKE/BREAD is on, the LED display will show the default The LED display will show warm time running from 0000 Note: Press WARM/CANCEL button to turn off the keep warm function. For the best results, fluff rice within 30 minutes after cooking is finished. The rice is ready to serve. It is suggested that the white rice and water relation volume is 1:1. The maximum rice amount is 8 cups. Using the TIMER function This function allows you to delay the cooking process on foods like baked potatoes, up to 24 hours in 5 minute increments. However, we do not recommend this with perishable foods like meats, if left at room temperature for more than 2 hours they could spoil. You can use the delay time setting with all modes except FRY and YOGURT/DOUGH mode. DO NOT LEAVE PERISHABLE FOODS SUCH AS MEAT, POULTRY, FISH, CHEESE AND DAIRY PRODUCTS AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS (OR MORE THAN 1 HOUR WHEN THE ROOM TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 90 F). WHEN COOKING WITH THESE FOODS, DO NOT SET THE TIMER FUNCTION FOR MORE THAN 1-2 HOURS.
Cleaning and Maintenance Do not wash any parts of the multi-cooker in the dishwasher except for the removable cooking pot and accessories. Always wash the multi-cooker thoroughly after every use, or if it has not been used for an extended period. Precaution: ALWAYS unplug the multi-cooker and allow the unit to cool before cleaning. Main unit and outer lid Wipe with a damp cloth. If you continue using the rice cooker with a soiled lid, the soil will not come off. The outer lid may be discolored or stained with the soil, but is not unsanitary. Do not wash with dishwashing detergent. Do not immerse the main unit in water. Steam valve ALWAYS check that the steam valve is in good working order before each use. The Stem Valve removes for easy cleaning, simply pull up on the valve s lip and it pops out. Removable cooking pot: Wash with dishwashing detergent and a sponge. Wipe water off the pot. If the pot is deformed or the non-stick coating is worn away, purchase a new pot at your nearest retailer and replace the old pot with the new one. DO NOT USE POT FROM OTHER SIMILIAR PRODUCTS. To avoid damage to the non-stick coating on the removable cooking pot Avoid tapping or scratching the pan. Do not put metal spoons or other utensils in the pan. Do not attempt to clean the pan with scouring powder, steel wool or a nylon-scouring pad. Clean the pan with a sponge. Accessories Wash with dish washing detergent and a sponge.
