INTRODUCTION A lewijnse International Switchboard Production (AISP) designs and assembles distribution switchboards, motor control centers, water cooled drive panels, control panels and consoles for a wide range of applications. The market segments that AISP is serving are the Marine & Offshore market, Oil & Gas, the Defense Industry, Process Industry, Food, Water treatment, Infrastructure, Machine Builders (OEM s), and Renewable Energy. The products of AISP are complying with the latest IEC standards, like IEC 61439, IEC 60204 and IEC 61641. PRODUCT RANGE Control Consoles AISP has a broad experience in designing and building multifunctional operator consoles. We are familiar with aspects as shock, vibration and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Next to commercial requirements we also have experience with MIL specifications and STANAG requirements. Alewijnse is offering integrated bridge concepts including a wide range of navigation and communication equipment with 1 up to 4 screens per operator. To make sure this equipment is installed in the most ergonomic way, AISP is offering modular control consoles based on a plug-&-play concept, built in such a way that the mounting plate with the main components are provided first, and that the equipment can be easy reached and connected from all sides. The long lead items, like screens and navigation equipment, are installed only just before completion. The control consoles can be supplied in various IP degrees and in air-cooled or water-cooled version according to various specifications. Additionally, these control consoles can be designed and tested according to MIL standards for Navy applications. AISP 4
Low Voltage Distribution Switchgear AISP delivers low voltage distribution systems up to 7000A, 100kA for a wide range of applications. We use enclosures of various brands like Rittal, Eldon and Elsteel. We are flexible in the application of LV components of various suppliers, complying with the requirements of our customers. Our products are designed for a long life time, and are tested according to the latest IEC standards, inclusive IEC 61439. AISP is building switchboards and Motor Control Centers for Marine & Offshore applications, certified by the various approving bodies, like Lloyds, DNV, GL, KEMA, Bureau Veritas and ABS. On request, we can also design switchboards for Defense and Navy applications according to MIL standards, guaranteeing the highest performance with regard to shock & vibration tests. Motor Control Centres AISP is famous for its high quality motor control centers (MCC s) both in fixed and withdrawable technology. AISP is covering the whole range from Form 1 to Form 4b dependent on the application and system philosophy. In case of withdrawable technology, all functional units are equipped with a three position mechanism, ensuring a safe operating sequence when testing or exchanging a functional unit. If required, AISP can also deliver MCC s that are type tested according to IEC 61641, to comply with the highest standards for safety and reliability, especially related to the prevention of internal arcs. For this type of MCC s AISP is using a fully-insulated busbar system, so that an internal arc in the horizontal or vertical busbar system cannot occur. Drive Panels As sustainability is a key driver for modern electrical designs, there is a tendency to use more and more frequency convertors to save energy, especially for high power applications. AISP is integrating various brands of frequency convertors into integrated drive panels. For marine applications where space is limited and air cooling is not always possible, AISP is producing water cooled drive panels in standardized or tailor made designs. The standard drive panels of Alewijnse have a modular structure. This makes them flexible and cost-effective. We can quickly disconnect and replace components, without this having a direct impact on the entire system. As a result, those components together create a single, high-quality and powerful system that allows you maximum freedom. With so much flexibility, we can specifically apply each drive panel to every situation. Control Panels Alewijnse AISP is producing control panels from small to large for a wide range of applications, like Original Equipment Manufacturers active in the food and process industry, semiconductor industry, marine & offshore and metals industry. These control panels are available in standard painted version in IP42 and IP54 enclosures, but also in stainless steel enclosures up to IP 66 in case of harsh or severe polluted environments. AISP is offering a wide range of enclosures and components of various brands, ensuring availability and flexibility referring to customer s standards and preferences. With production locations in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, Galaţi in Romania and Wuhan in China, our factory is always nearby, ensuring short communication lines and fast delivery.
