This improves notably the combustion in comparison to that one obtained in the wet combustion chamber, reducing the fouling of the heat exchange surfaces and the risks of acidic condensate formation, responsible of the corrosion. The bottom of the combustion chamber, constituted by a refractory concrete casting, contributes to complete the raising of the combustion temperature, improving it. Anti-condensate smoke way The smokes continue their run within boiler in the channels drawn between the triangular baffles and the furnace cylinder in contact with the water. The particular processing of the baffles with interrupting joints, annuls the thermal expansions and, thanks to the wide surface that is heated, it subsequently reduces the condensation phenomena (patented system). Stainless steel turbulators Adjustable inside the smoke channels, they optimize the heat exchange and stabilize the counter pressure for the regular operation of the burner. Day Tank With all our heaters we can supply a 100L day tank. This tank comes complete with a pump, motor and fuel filter as standard. This day tank needs to be situated next to the heater. The main advantages of the tank are;- Via float suction it picks up the cleanest oil It picks up the latent heat from being in close proximately to the heater resulting in the oil being semipreheated prior to entering the burner. The tank also has a drainage point at the bottom allowing easy drainage of any water/contaminants from the oil. This results in the oil being semi-preheated prior to entering the burner. ** You can run your bulk storage tank supply to this day tank but you will need a float switch and solenoid valve to prevent oil overflow due to gravity
Flue gases cannot rise in a horizontal stack and bends also restrict their movement. If flue bends are used then we recoend bends instead of 90 and a gradual sloping stack
