Rehab Overview This home was in fairly good condition when the renovation began, the exterior was left intact. Upgrades were made to the kitchen and baths, as well as all of the lighting and flooring throughout, also repair leaking 2 nd story deck. Contractor Overview A licensed general contractor was hired to oversee entire renovation project. EXTERIOR: General: 1. Remove floor of upstairs deck, trouble shoot where water is leaking in and fix 2. Replace deck railing. 3. Power wash stains on side of house where water stain is 4.
