SITEWATCH SOLUTIONS
Introduction The principles of SiteWatch Solutions have participated in this environment for more than 25 years developing, designing, deploying and marketing solution sets. Recognizing the constantly growing gaps and needs for organizations to always be connected to their assets, coupled with the evolution of machine to machine (M2M) technologies, we believe that our collective knowledge and practical experience will facilitate compelling and competitive remote site detection and reporting solutions to mitigate exposure for loss. Our rapidly deployed technical solutions will employ the latest in Cyber Security to ensure no one, except authorized individuals, can remotely view site security and safety data streaming from any site; possibly politically sensitive. We will offer our solutions in an affordable rental program as an Opex expense versus Capex costs for the end user for as low as $5.00/hr! The Basis for our Solutions With the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), remote sensors gather information used by machines and humans to increase efficiency, promote better decision-making and build competitive advantages, regardless of industry or company size. Our solutions will operate in extreme environmental conditions and complies with the CEC, CSA and/or cetl Standards. Our goal is that all solutions will be rapidly deployed and operate without the need for local infrastructure. Solar/Battery power and Wireless communications are currently engineered in all of our technical solutions ensuring that we operate transparently on all locations. Regardless of where our solutions are deployed, site security and work force safety data is stored and reported 24/7. This includes Fire Watch, CCTV, emuster Reports and Authorized Site Access events. Alarm conditions and site recordings can be stored locally and as well, Call Center Monitoring for all site solutions is provided along with secure Cloud services to access your stored data with your Smart Phone, PDA, Laptop or desk top Computer when you need it.

Mobile Site/Fire Watch (-40c) Fire Watch Deployment 2017 Rental - Axis Thermal Monthly Rental Camera (Trailer/Skid) 1 $3,000.00 The outdoor-ready, bullet-style AXIS Q2901-E delivers thermal imaging in 336x256 resolution. AXIS Q2901-E supports up to six temperature alarm zones that can be used to trigger an alarm. It offers two kinds of alarms triggered by a deviation of the temperature: if the temperature goes beyond a set limit, or if it increases too rapidly. The spot temperature functionality is used to view the temperature of a particular area. Isothermal palettes highlight temperature-spans in the image, making it easier to visualize hot spots to identify overheated equipment or areas. Spot temperature reading - This capability is used to view the temperature of a particular area of the image. The emissivity can also be adjusted (depending on the material characteristics) to get a more precise reading. Used as a visual aid for an operator.
Key Industries for our Solutions COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION Accurate statistics on the financial toll of jobsite theft are difficult to obtain 87 percent of Builder survey respondents filed police reports, but three out of four didn t file an insurance claim but statistics for the construction industry as a whole regularly cite the loss at more than $1 billion per year. The private property and casualty insurance industry in Canada writes more than $45 billion in premiums and pays out about approximately 60% in claims annually. The industry has had a longstanding concern about large and devastating condominium and apartment fires, and is cautious when dealing with this line of business, particularly for projects under construction. SWS OIL FIELD & PIPE LINE SURVEILLANCE To those outside the industry, theft in the oilfield might seem like a rather obscure target. In many cases the sites are very remote and hard to find, plus the majority of the equipment is very large and difficult to move. Despite all this, from large-scale equipment theft to smaller-scale convenience theft (the theft of small tools, like drills and hammers) it is estimated that oilfield theft reaches around $1 billion a year. This is a staggering number for such a niche field. The Founders of Site Watch Solutions are responsible for more than $6,000.000.00 worth of untethered Oilfield Surveillance/Safety Solutions.
