Free Instant Savings Upgrades Start saving today by contacting an Energy Trust representative who can provide and install free energy-efficient LED bulbs, faucet aerators and showerheads in qualified dwellings. Products will be installed in as little as five minutes and advanced power strips will be left in qualifying dwellings for the resident to connect to their television and entertainment equipment. Call 1.877.510.2130, email multifamily@energytrust.org or visit www.energytrust.org/multifamily to learn more. LED bulbs Use up to 85 percent less energy than incandescent bulbs, and can last up to 15 times longer than standard bulbs, depending on daily use. LEDs also produce pleasing, natural-looking light. Energy-efficient showerheads and faucet aerators Use up to 20 percent less water compared to standard fixtures and save energy without impacting water pressure. Advanced power strips Can reduce energy waste by not providing power to secondary devices when the primary device is turned off. Free Walkthrough Survey Energy Trust can provide a free walkthrough survey to identify energy-efficiency opportunities and energy saving potential at your property. Contact an Energy Trust representative to schedule an appointment. To learn more about these and other cash incentives, or to schedule a walkthrough survey, call 1.877.510.2130, email multifamily@energytrust.org, or visit www.energytrust.org/multifamily. 5 ENERGY TRUST OF OREGON

More Ways to Save Custom Incentives In addition to standard incentives, Energy Trust also offers custom incentives and energy analysis for many cost-effective energy efficiency improvements. Projects eligible for incentives typically require additional energy analysis in the project design process. We can provide a free site evaluation and a personalized energy-savings action plan to recommend energy-efficiency upgrades that may qualify for Energy Trust custom incentives. To learn more, call 1.800.510.2130, email multifamily@energytrust.org, or visit www.energytrust.org/multifamily. Lighting Incentives Lighting in multifamily buildings can account for nearly 35 percent of electricity use, which can have a big effect on your bottom line. Upgrading lighting with new energy-efficient lamps, fixtures and controls can save energy, improve lighting quality and can pay for themselves in energy savings in just a few years. Energy Trust can provide cash incentives for lighting upgrades. Contact Energy Trust to find out whether your project may qualify for Energy Trust s lighting incentives. To learn more, call 1.800.510.2130, email multifamily@energytrust.org, or visit www.energytrust.org/multifamily. Solar Incentives Energy Trust offers incentives for solar electric systems that produce electricity for use in your building.
