Site access Further transportation to the installation site can be provided on request. Requires ground-level access without machine installation. Packaging All units are packaged for shipment. Packaging is included in the price of machines. Once the packaging is opened the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods in good condition. Final assembly Gas, water, steam and electricity supplies are to be provided on site and do not constitute part of the consignment. On-site utilities according to Miele installation plans are the responsibility of the buyer and should be installed by qualified fitters. The machine must already be located at the place of installation prior to commissioning by our field engineers. Commissioning Commissioning of the machine and the instruction of operating staff is performed by The Scientific Instrument Centre or Miele service staff. Installation facilities including floor load bearing capacity, water, power, access, detergents and salt must be in place and are the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange and ensure the suitability thereof. Guarantee Miele provides guarantee coverage for machines and equipment used in commercial or similar applications for the duration of 12 months from the delivery date. This does not cover consumables or damage resulting from misuse or abuse. Service agreements For improved forward visibility and financial security, The Scientific Instrument Centre is able to offer a range of preventative maintenance agreements and repair services. Technology Models ready for connection to 3N AC 400 V, 50 Hz three-phase supply or to a standard single phase UK 230v supply.
