Question: Where is panel P being fed from? Panel P is being fed from the existing electrical panel locates at 2nd floor electrical room 218. 2. Question: Are all exits and emergency remote heads new or existing? All are new, please refer to attached Appendix 6.3, revised Drawing E101 Power Layout Ground Floor. Please note all emergency lights and exit signs to be connected to the existing emergency panel. Emergency lights are fed from the generator. 3. Question: Who is the current fire alarm vendor for the building? The current fire alarm vendor is Regal Fire Protection. 4. Question: As per the addendum #1, there is no base building Fire Alarm Contractor. If we have to include the Fire Alarm scope of work in our bid, we need the information on the existing Fire Alarm ystem (make & model). Current fire alarm system is Mircom eries FA1000. ee attached Picture 1.

The panel schedule is provided but no single line diagram is provided. Please see attached ingle line diagram is attached, Appendix 6.3 - revised Drawing E301 New Panel P chedule. 6. Question: As per Addendum-1, Ques/Ans#5, there is NO base building contractor for the project under reference. But, According to E301, General Note-12, there is a base building fire alarm contractor for fire alarm work. Please clarify this, otherwise, please provide contact information of fire alarm base building sub if there is any. Please clarify fire alarm work is the part of our scope of work or NOT? If yes, please provide detail information about fire alarm work. Fire alarm work is part of the cope of Work. Please refer to question 3 and question 4 of this addendum. 7. Question: According to E301, new electrical panel is to be provided. But, there is NO single line diagram on any of electrical drawings. Please provide this. Please refer to question 5 of this addendum. 8. Question: We would like to submit alternate Automatic Door Operator supplier: Rhino Teck Entrance olution, Product- Rhino ADO 7000. Would you please advise us, how can we submit the specification & architectural detail of Rhino ADO 7000? Please refer to ection 01 61 00 - Product Requirements, 1.2 Product ubstitution Procedures. 9. Revise the Light Fixture pecifications (Legend): Proposed lights have been discontinued, please see attached Appendix 6.3 revised drawing E201 Lighting Layout Ground Floor with updated light schedule. 2
