They caused a leak in my roof that I did not have bee, that caused damage to the ceiling and walls of my home. They also charged me labor and materials they did not provide. Double check everything, do no trust anything Storm Force says. I was exceptionally pleased with the installation. I am over all pleased. I was pleased with every phase of the process. Everything was explained to me and handled in professional manner. I am very satisfied. The insurance company spoke of how petty my house was. People stopped on the street and asked me who did it. With so many recent headline news related to home owners getting ripped off with roof contracts where someone or some roof contractor promised a roof replacement, but the customers end up losing extreme amounts of money and no roof to show it, it was actually a very pleasant experience getting our... We are very satisfied with the work and the time that it took to complete the job. Not only did StormForce install an excellent roof with high-quality materials, but they cleaned up the job site very well, were very professional, and they helped me wade through insurance problems. Bryan Cruz was phenomenal onsite eman & Jane Peters has excellent follow-up skills that helped StormForce win my business. Roof work appears to be ok. A lot of problems with sales person, very unprofessional and sometimes rude. Untunately after the hurricane we had no choice, other roofer not available. Final price changed after repairs completed and work crew very sloppy, destroyed my plants and sprinklers. Currently... Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything ran smooth. I would never go anywhere else my roofing needs. Excellent work! As a first experience, it could not have been better. You hear so many horror stories about roofing companies that you take a position of suspicion and caution. While due diligence is always wise, suspicion is totally unwarranted with StormForce. Everything was clear presented, explained and above... I am just impressed with the clean up. There was no debris or nails left. You couldn't even tell they had been there other than the new roof. It was an excellent job. They were very polite, explained everything to me clearly, and everything was correct. I was thoroughly pleased with the whole process and I got lots of compliments from my neighbors. They did a good job of cleaning the site and making sure it was safe.
