An Introduction to Professional Home Care These products will not sell themselves. They have to be offered confidently with an explanation of the features and benefits on EVERY SALE. They are universal products, just because they are made for Indesit company they can be sold with any branded appliance. Always hand the customer the product and then say "YOU WILL NEED THIS" and then give an explanation on why. Having something tangible is always better, so the customer can see and feel what you are offering. Make the customer aware of the potential problems they may come up against. Then provide the solution, OUR PRODUCTS. Reading through this booklet will give you all of the information you need. Merchandising Tips Make sure the display stand is ALWAYS FULL, this makes it more presentable and customers are more likely to buy. Make sure the advice leaflets are ALWAYS ON DISPLAY so that the customer can read through them and get the information they need. Always position the stand in the most prominent position possible. Don't hide it behind a large item where NO ONE CAN SEE IT! Co-locate additional stock, i.e. limescale and detergent remover on top of a washing machine or dishwasher, that way when the customer is looking at a new appliance the cleaning products will catch their eye, and they will be aware of them. Please don't put other branded stock on our display stand. This makes it look untidy and is a mis-representation of our brand (Professional Home Care). 2
