Heartlands Southern Area Phase 1 20 storey blocks (4 of them?) 1500 flats, underground car parking LDA/GLA and Lattice Holdings (British Gas) 8

Heartlands Southern Area Phase 1 Big blocks of flats at the bottom the gardens in Hornsey Park Rd Potentially a lot traffic heading our way 9

Heartlands Northern Area New Secondary School 11-16 Community school, 1100 pupils eventually, opening 2010 Conditions: agreement on playing fields in AP, and suitable access given railway line and reservoir Need to make sure inappropriate infrastructure not placed at Avenue Gardens Area marked for key landmark opportunities - 20 storey block Use of Alexandra Park as playing fields must not compromise the park public access, floodlights, artificial turf etc Need to watch for threats to Avenue Gardens itself or Wood Green Common from the school 10

Conservation Areas Consultation Consultation to 10 September Need to get Alexandra Primary School locally listed (at least) Appraisal detractors should be addressed (CA10 in quite good nick) 11
