IBC do As and when required an inspection on a biennial basis (i.e. once every 2 years) and give advice on the work needing to be undertaken for safety reasons in next 6/12 and 24 months 5 Play Park Annual and Quarterly Inspections Ipswich Borough Council conduct these inspections and arrange for Each Quarter a RoSPA visit once a year 6 Play Park Visual Inspections Visual inspections by Councillors and volunteers on an ad-hoq basis.
