N/A Agriculture A-2-40 (General Agriculture) Project Description: Request to obtain a Use Permit and Development Agreement to allow up to 10,000 square feet of indoor cannabis cultivation. The cultivation will take place in a proposed 12,600 square foot green house. There is also a proposed 3,200 square foot warehouse for storage. The property is currently served by MID for irrigation water and is proposing an on-site well and septic system. When the project is completely built out it is anticipated that there will be a maximum of 5 employees per shift. The indoor cultivation facility will operate from 8am to 5pm, 7 days a week with an estimated two truck trip associated with the cultivation activities per month.
