FOREWORD ADT Select is designed to allow users the convenience and freedom to be able to access their account with ADT Security. The user has the advantage of being able to access the following information and amend as required. Emergency Contacts Check Recent Events Generate Reports Update Passwords View Open/Close Schedules Place Systems in Test Mode View Zone Listing View Alarm Procedures This service will be available 24 hours to the customers of ADT Security and is provided to allow greater visibility & control over the information. Rather than contact the Security Response Centre, customers will be able to log onto the ADT Select website and have the information right in front of them saving them time and will ensure the information is correct. LOGGING IN Logging into the system is relatively simple and can be explained as a similar process as accessing internet banking or any other website that requires a user name and password. The customer enters an IP address into their internet browser https://www.adtselect.com.au The ADT Select page will come up and the customer can now log onto the system. The following page will appear. This page is the Intropage and allows the users to view all sites and run reports to see what activity has occurred. FUNCTIONS OF INTROPAGE 1. Account Statistics Overview Shows you how many systems belong to the customer, how many sites had alarm activation within 24 hours, how many sites are currently in alarm and how many sites are out of service. 2. Most Recently Accessed Accounts Each time you view a site in ADT Select this list will grow. It allows user a quicklink to a previously viewed site without having to search. 3. One Click Reports These reports when run look at all sites that belong to that customer. To Search for a specific site, you can click on the Search button on the menu banner. The following page will appear. Whilst in this page you can enter in the parameters such as site name or address to find a specific site or you can simply click on search with no parameters entered and it will show you all sites. SITE INFORMATION The Site information page allows the user to place systems on test, view event history, view alarm procedures, go to emergency contacts, view open/close schedules, view system details and go to zone listing. PLACING A SYSTEM ON TEST Simply click on the modify button on the site information page. Then enter how long you want the system on test, your password and then press yes to proceed. Confirmation that account is on test will follow. We advise to hit the refresh button after doing this. 8 Page 8 131 ADT www.adtsecurity.com.au ACN Proposal 008 399 Date 004

EMERGENCY CONTACTS To view the Contact list, simply click on Emergency Contacts in the menu banner and then the following page will appear. It will show you info such as, phone numbers, passwords, calling sequence numbers, start and end dates. To add new contacts simply click on the Add a new contact hyperlink and enter the new contacts details on the form and the press submit. 9 Page 9 131 ADT www.adtsecurity.com.au ACN Proposal 008 399 Date 004

The hyperlink will take you to the specific contact you chose and now you will be able to change the details. Once you have updated the contacts details you must click save changes 10 Page 10 131 ADT www.adtsecurity.com.au ACN Proposal 008 399 Date 004

DISPATCH INSTRUCTIONS To view what procedure pages are on your account for when an alarm activates, click on Dispatch List and it will show you the list. EVENT HISTORY To view what signals and history has occurred for a site, click on Event History in the Menu banner. The following page will appear, enter the date parameters you would like to look up and then hit search. The site event history page will show you all signals that come through such as alarms, timer tests and opens & closes, as well as operator comments from the monitoring centre. 12 Page 12 131 ADT www.adtsecurity.com.au ACN Proposal 008 399 Date 004

OPEN/CLOSE SCHEDULES To view any Schedules that are linked to the site, simply click on Schedules in the menu banner. Click on the schedule number to view the open and close times. 13 Page 13 131 ADT www.adtsecurity.com.au ACN Proposal 008 399 Date 004

SYSTEM DETAILS To view system details, simply click on the Site/System Details in the menu banner. This page will provide information such panel phone number, telco lease line and how often a test signal will be transmitted (ATI Hours) 14 Page 14 131 ADT www.adtsecurity.com.au ACN Proposal 008 399 Date 004

ZONES To view the zone list for that site, simply click on Zones in the menu banner. This page will provide info such as zone number, event id, zone description and location, which tells us what device, is in that zone. 15 Page 15 131 ADT www.adtsecurity.com.au ACN Proposal 008 399 Date 004

REPORTS You can run reports by clicking on the Alarm Reports link in the banner. There are a wide range of reports that can be run. The information they provide cover all your reporting needs related to the alarm system. Things such as alarm activations, when staff are opening and closing the site, when service jobs are raised, when a patrol job has been raised for a guard to attend site and If staff are testing the alarm etc can all be retrieved for any time period. 16 Page 16 131 ADT www.adtsecurity.com.au ACN Proposal 008 399 Date 004

CHANGING YOUR ADT SELECT PASSWORD The user has the option to change their ADT Select password. If the User cannot recall the previous password this would need to be reset by the ADT Security Response Centre. Note, when entering a new password, there must not be any spaces. LOGGING OFF At any time, clicking on home allows you to return to the main page To terminate the ADT Select session, click the log out button or use the close button at the top right of the screen.
