GENERAL INFORMATION CrossLink is a powerful, multipurpose pesticide spray adjuvant created specifically to optimize performance using a variety of characteristics. CrossLink right-sizes droplets so that the droplets can hit the target, stick, spread and penetrate the canopy without loss to runoff, bounce or other undesirable effects. This improves pesticide performance by getting more active to the target surface where the pesticide can perform efficiently. Penetration of the active into the plant is enhanced by CrossLink through a combination of MSO, nonionic surfactants and emulsifiers. These superior ingredients have been proven to increase the effectiveness of actives by cutting plant waxes and increasing spreading of droplets. DIRECTIONS FOR USE NOT FOR AQUATIC USE. CrossLink is designed to work with a wide range of actives, spray tank partners and spray equipment. Selection of these items should be governed by the active labels, good judgment, sound agronomic practices and experience. As is true with all drift control products, CrossLink will reduce but not eliminate drift. The user/applicator must either have experience with the exact tank mix combination or must perform a jar test to ensure compatibility before use. Always follow all directions on the pesticide label. Read all directions on this and all labels before using. CrossLink may be used wherever an MSO, NIS and drift control is not prohibited. Unless otherwise directed by the active label, add CrossLink last, after all the other ingredients and just before filling the tank to the desired level with water. CrossLink should be added separately to the tank while agitation is occurring. Once added to the tank, CrossLink is compatible with a wide range of ingredients. Direct Injection: CrossLink can be applied through injection systems when it is added separately to one of the chemical injection tanks. To ensure complete mixing, an in-line mixing chamber is recommended. Step 1: Add CrossLink to a separate chemical injection tank. Step 2: Start pumping water from the water tank into the system. Step 3: Start pumping the correct amount of CrossLink into the line. Step 4: Pump the proper amount of pesticide, and other additives into the line for mixing with CrossLink. Ensure the entire mixture has mixed all the way to the spray boom by observing the spray pattern. Start spraying immediately. Do not mix CrossLink with other tank mix adjuvants, pesticides or fertilizers prior to injection. CrossLink is compatible with these products after they are mixed with water. GROUND AND AERIAL APPLICATION RATES Rate/Acre Pesticide 4-8 fluid ounces Insecticides, Fungicides 4-8 fluid ounces Herbicides, Defoliants: for deposition and canopy penetration 4-8 fluid ounces Herbicides, Defoliants: for reducing drift Do not add CrossLink in excess of 1.6% of the finished spray volume. 2
