Outside The property is approached from the A41 over a well kept tree lined drive to Tetchwick Farm. A five bar gate leads in to a sweeping driveway lined with mature trees, to a wide area of hard standing for vehicles in front of the house and garage block. We understand the foundations and walls were designed to take a first floor extension if required. There are sweeping lawns studded with a wide variety of trees including apple, cherry, plums and pears. To the right of the drive is a dense copse with a substantial natural pond with a central island. Garden chalet, garden store and large glasshouse. To the north are chicken runs with hen houses, and adjacent to the house is a 36 x 18 heated and filtered swimming pool with a 4 Roman end, and an adjacent chalet with an outside shower. Around the house are pasture enclosures in excellent heart. They have a separate gated access to the lane to Tetchwick Farm and access via another driveway to the north east leading out to the A41. To the north of the house is a block of approximately 4 acres of maturing woodland, mainly broad leafed trees. In all the grounds extend to approximately 26.5 acres. 2
