Existing Drainage Pattern Consists of a closed drainage system: swales, exfiltration trenches, and DBIs Collected by two Water Management Districts: 1. North Spring Improvement District (NSID): North of roadway base line 2. Sunshine Water Control District (SWCD): South of roadway baseline

Proposed Drainage Approach / Permitting 1. Expand the existing exfiltration trenches to accommodate all of the impervious area for the project and treat all stormwater runoff onsite and/or 2. Modify the existing master system for the Royal Lands to accommodate the proposed improvements Permits will be required from SFWMD, NSID, and SWCD
