Self-Cleaning / Light control function SELF-CLEANING CLEANS WITH SUNLIGHT AND RAIN Indirect sunlight and limited moisture is sufficient to activate the self-cleaning process. BENEFIT In the course of time, organic substances and other environmental contaminants deposit on surfaces; dirt and dust particles can easily adhere. With the photo catalytically active MECOPROTECT coating, organic substances are decomposed under irradiation by UV(A) light and transformed into carbon dioxide and water. Non-organic dirt particles adhering to coated surfaces are thus minimized. The traditional outdoor blind takes on dirt over time and must be cleaned again and again. Our products control and dose the daylight exactly according to the desires of the user. When working in front of a monitor, the incoming light can be directed to the ceiling with the light control function. A great advantage as it is light inside, it s possible to look outside but nevertheless without a glare. Another development from HELLA is the working position that allows the light to come into the room when opening or closing the blind. Both functions reduce the use of artificial light sources and create comfort. You feel comfortable and at the same time you save energy costs. The sun cleans your outdoor blinds and venetian blinds! The special coating made of titanium dioxide is activated by exposure to UV-light / sunlight. Organic dirt made of hydrocarbons is reduced to CO2 and water. OUTDOOR BLINDS WITH C-SHAPED SLATS - ARK 80 Outdoor blinds with C-shaped slats that are available with wire tensioning or with guide rails are a classical, visually and technically sophisticated solution. The ARK 80 impresses by the perfectly manufactured aluminium slats. Each punching for the lifting tape is provided with a plastic eyelet. Outdoor blinds ARO 65 and 80 OUTDOOR BLINDS WITH C-SHAPED SLATS ARO 65 AND ARB/ARO 80 PERFECTION RIGHT DOWN TO THE LAST DETAIL THE PROVEN CLASSIC NEARLY MAINTENANCE-FREE with guide rail, opened by 90 with guide rail, closed 16 HELLA replaces the traditional ladder tape fixation with plastic eyelets by a fixation with the smart OMEGA punching. This creates a unique product without plastic eyelets. Perfect design and nearly maintenance-free! The models ARO 65 and ARB/ARO 80 are proven classics. They are made of a highly flexible special aluminium alloy and convex-concave roll formed. Bordered hollow punchings protect the lifting tapes and supersede plastic clips. The bottom rail, made of an extruded aluminium profile, is guided in the rails via reciprocally provided pins. Herewith the whole slat blind becomes very stable and nearly maintenancefree. It's a sun and weather protection device for generations. If desired, these outdoor blinds are also available with light control function. ARO 65 ARB/ARO 80 The C-shaped slat is also available with a width of only 65 mm for little recess depths with small wall structures or for the later installation. Unlike the ARO 80, the ARB 80 is provided with a smaller bordering on the edge. The stack is not arranged staggeredly, but straightly. Herewith smaller recess dimensions with the same stack height are possible. Innovation working position THE "WORKING POSITION" VISTA FROM HELLA INNOVATION The working position enables you to open and close the outdoor blinds and venetian blinds without having to forego entry of light. When you lower the blinds, the slats are inclined by 50 and when you raise them by 90. For this reason the light can flow through the room even during this phase.
