Heating Systems Eberspacher oil fired boiler located in the engine room -to heat radiators throughout the cabin and domestic hot water system. Space Heating controlled by Time Clock/room thermostat, Electric switch to control valves to select hot water only or both. The 120 litre calorifier is also heated from the Eberspacher, engine and immersion heater from the generator or landline. All the radiators have thermostatic valves. A mixer valve fitted at each position to restrict temperature to wash basins/shower/galley sink. To save wasting water when waiting for Hot water is required, a pump cycles it back to calorifier until available at the tap/shower, via push button and indicator light. Cabin Layout Bedroom- The bedroom is entered from the cockpit with sliding hatch and centre doors with a stairway to cabin. The stairway has stowage under with lift up lids/steps. On the port side is the electrical inverter, switch gear and panels above. On the starboard side is the airing cupboard housing the calorifier. Fwd of the calorifier is a separate toilet compartment fitted with a Sealand Vacuum cassette electric flushing toilet and wash basin. A spare cassette is included. This cabin is ceramic tiled. Opposite the toilet compartment on the portside is a wet locker with cupboard over. Next is a full height wardrobe. and then a unit of drawers and closed cupboard with shelves. The bed is 6'3" long by 4'0" wide with a sprung domestic mattress. The bed extends sideways by 6" with a foam insert. On the starboard side is a radiator with thermostatic control at the side of the bed. At the bottom of the bed is a curved shelf. On the bed head is a recessed shelf with a twin overhead locker above also fitted below with individual switched down lighter reading lights and speakers from radio. The individual switched lighting is overhead LED. A door separates the bedroom from the corridor. Under the bed is the toilet holding tank with level gauge. The tank is positioned down the centreline with stowage behind. Bathroom The bathroom is on the port side. The shower is at the fwd end across the boat with shower mixer taps. The shower has a drain unit with automatic float switch and filter. The toilet is a electric flush macerator toilet to the holding tank. A vanity unit adjacent to shower bulkhead. Across the aft bulkhead is the washing machine. Above the washing machine is a cupboard. Between the washing machine and the vanity unit is a central heating fed/engine fed towel rail. The lighting is individual switched ceiling led lights including fan and a 240-volt shaver unit. The entire bathroom is tiled. Opposite the bathroom is a radiator with thermostatic valves.
Galley On the starboard side is a broom cupboard followed by the side hatch with steps/shelves. The galley unit is fitted with cupboards. The stainless steel sink and drainer set into the Granite worktop. On the port side from aft is a 240volt fridge/freezer followed by cupboard with microwave, cooker, drawers, a duplicate hatch with stairs/shelves. The lighting is individual switched overhead LED lights. Saloon -11 '0" The fwd starboard side is fitted a glass front unit. On the Port side is the Harworth diesel fired bubble stove fed from its own fuel supply. The tiled plinth is raised with cupboard under. On the port side is the TV unit.
