Reflection Pointe Clubhouse 1305 Reflection Pointe Blvd. Belmont, NC 28012 If you are considering renting the Clubhouse, please contact Cedar Management Group at 704 644 8808 or at pool@mycmg.com for any questions you may have regarding the rental of the clubhouse. Reservations: Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are considered confirmed when all appropriate paper work and checks have been submitted to Cedar Management Group. Reservation Fee: Each reservation requires two checks totaling $500.00. The Damage Deposit is $300 and the rental fee is $200. Your checks should be made payable to Reflection Pointe Homeowners Association. The rental fee covers the cleaning service, utilities, and general wear and tear of the clubhouse. The Damage Deposit will be shredded once the inspection is completed and the clubhouse is deemed to be in good condition. Please mail the attached Request for Use form with your check to: Cedar Management Group P.O. Box 26844 Charlotte, NC 28221 Please note: The check for $200 will be deposited. Eligible Renters: Only Reflection Pointe property owners may reserve the Clubhouse. The property owner is responsible for the actions of all guests and must be present throughout the scheduled activity. Property Owners must be current in paying their HOA fee to be eligible to reserve the clubhouse. Key: Cedar Management will tell you how to obtain and return the key for the Clubhouse. Front Gate Code: Cedar Management will assign a temporary gate code for your function. Please report any damages to the facility and furnishings prior to your event to Cedar Management Group. If there are any damages discovered after your event, your damage deposit will not be refunded. The Reflection Pointe HOA Board of Directors reserves the right to amend these rules and fees without notice.

Clubhouse Clean Up A cleaning service will clean the clubhouse the day after your event. You are responsible for the following. Return all furniture, including rugs and patio furniture, to their proper place. Sweep or wipe up large spills on the floor. The broom is located in the front closet. Completely remove all decorations Remove all food from the refrigerator, freezer, and cabinets. Wipe off the bar, sink, and stove. Wipe spills off all furniture. Make sure the oven is turned off. Dispose of all trash. Place trash in plastic bags and place in large trash containers outside the kitchen door. Trash bags are located under the kitchen sink. Trash must be removed before you leave. Take all personal items, including dish towels, etc, with you. Everything, including rental furniture must be removed from the Clubhouse by 10:00am on the day after the event. Set all thermostats to 62 degrees for heat (winter) or 78 degrees for cooling (summer) and lock the covers on the thermostats. Turn off all lights. Outside lights are on a timer, they do not have to be set. Lock all doors including the doors to the patio area. All of this information is provided in a notebook on the kitchen counter in the clubhouse. The notebook also has the phone number for Cedar Management Group in the event there are any problems with the building. A Clean Up Closing check list will also be provided on the kitchen counter. Please fill out this form before leaving. Thank you.

Reflection Pointe Clubhouse Rules General All events must end at or before midnight. The property owner reserving the Clubhouse must host the activity, be present, and remain on the premises until all attendees have departed. Persons under the age of 21 may not rent the Clubhouse. Persons 18 or younger may not use the Clubhouse unless there is at least a 10:1 children to adult (an adult must be at least age 21) ratio present at all times. The maximum number of people allowed in the Clubhouse at any given time is 50. Smoking is not permitted in the Clubhouse at any time. Clubhouse furniture may not be removed from the building. Please be considerate of residents who live near the Clubhouse. Monitor party noise levels and the noise level of music played on the installed speakers in the patio area. Music may not be played or performed so as to be heard outside the Clubhouse area. Clubhouse doors shall remain closed at all times except when moving to and from the patios. A Clubhouse reservation does not include the pool area. The pool may not be reserved for private functions. A Clubhouse reservation does include half of the patio area. The other half of the patio area remains available for pool patrons. The Clubhouse may not be used for frequent, regularly scheduled meetings unless they are open to all Association members, e.g. book club meetings. Wet clothing and pets are not permitted in the Clubhouse. Grilling and outdoor cooking of any kind is prohibited. Members may not reserve the clubhouse for profit making activities. CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL BY ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
