FUTURE AIR SOLUTIONS OIL FREE SCROLL COMPRESSORS
The Most Advanced Technologies for High-Quality air High-precision processing technology is required to produce the components that make up a Scroll Compressor. We have developed new Scroll Air-Ends thanks to the experience and know-how we have accumulated over the past 0 years. Class Zero Certification TÜV (independent third party test house) has just certified that the air quality from our oil free scroll compressors is in conformity with Class 0 (ISO857-:00[-:-:0]). Scroll Compression Principle As the orbiting scroll goes from No. to No.4 position, the size of the symmetrical crescent-shaped compression chambers is gradually reduced, compressing the air contained within. This is then discharged through the central exhaust port. 4 Orbiting scroll Fixed scroll Compression chamber Clean Air from oil-lubricated compressors contains oil and can contaminate the piping. This does not happen with an Oil-Free Scroll Compressor which produces high-quality oil-free air. INSIDE THE PIPING OF AN OIL-LUBRICATED COMPRESSOR What is Class Zero? ISO857-(JIS B89-) defines quality classes for compressed air. Class Zero indicates wall flow oil, oil mist and oil vapor are completely absent. As oil vapor in particular cannot be absorbed by conventional air filters, it is important factories that require clean air use Class Zero compressors. Oil-Free Drain Drainage from oil-lubricated compressors requires proper treatment as it contains oil. Oil-free scroll compressors, on the other hand, are eco-friendly, their drain is clean and does not contain oil, therefore avoiding the cost of drain disposal. INSIDE THE PIPING OF AN OIL-FREE COMPRESSOR CLASS 0 Oil Concentration mg/m³ As specified by the equipment user or supplier and more stringent the Class Drainage from an oil-free compressor Drainage from an oil-lubricated compressor 0.0 0. 4 5 Wall Flow Oil Oil Vapor Oil Mist

AIR RECEIVER TANK: The receiver tank acts as a reservoir of compressed air for peak demands and also helps remove water from the system by allowing the air a chance to cool and also. CONDENSATE DRAINAGE: Unnecessary costs and damage during the generation of compressed air can only be avoided in an efficient way with amount-adjusted condensate drainage. Condensate drains operate with a capacitive sensor which prevent compressed-air losses and minimize the energy demand. PRE-FILTER: To capture large particles that cannot be captured by the main filter. In other words, the pre-filter will prevent the debris from getting into the main filter and so this brings addition strength to the filtering technology used in air purifiers. MICRON FILTER: To eliminate more smaller size of vapor and solid particles than prefilter. ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER: To remove odors and vapors. They are used in factories where food is produced or for dental and medical who requires clean air. REFRIGERATED AIR DRYER: A refrigerated compressed air dryer is a type of compressed air dryer, used to dry compressed air. Compressed air always contains water, coming from the air that is sucked in by the compressor. To protect your piping, tools and equipment, it is always recommended to install. Safety precautions Compressor usage. Read the instruction manual before using the compressor.. These compressors are designed for air compression only and must never be used for any other type of gas.. Never use with respiratory equipment which directly intakes compressed air. This may cause serious injury. 4. Never direct the jet of air towards yourself, other persons or animals. 5. When using compressed air, be aware of and comply with all safety precautions to be adopted for the single application (inflating, using pneumatic tools, painting, washing, etc.). Compressor Installation. The compressor must never be exposed to adverse weather conditions (rain, sun, snow, etc.).. Keep the compressor away from explosive and flammable (acetylene or propane, etc.) objects to prevent fire and explosion.. Make sure ambient temperature at the compressor s chosen place of installation is always within the limits indicated in the instruction manual. Maintenance. Perform maintenance on the compressor routinely as indicated in the instruction manual.. Drain the water in the receiver tank every day to prevent clogging of the drain cock.. Never clean the compressor with liquids or solvents. When cleaning, disconnect the compressor from the electricity supply by removing the plug and use a damp cloth only. Others. Never alter or convert the compressor or its parts. Doing so may cause fire or malfunction.. Prepare a back-up compressor or other back-up system in case the compressor stops due to malfunction or activation of its protective devices. *Safety precautions of the above are minimum requirements. Before use, follow safety precautions in the instruction manual and each municipality, county and corporation's regulations.
