The user will appreciate mainly: the quickness in the temperature recovering time of the storage tank, so that more warm water can be used; the quickness, for the heating system, in reaching the steady state conditions, thanks to the use of a new microprocessor which allows the optimization of the boiler operation in both systems, with modulating or On/Off control. Furthermore, special attention has been paid to the reduction of the noisy emissions for the completion of the comfort reachable with the DUA PLUS B.

The well-being controls Easy to use DUA PLUS B is designed to guarantee the maximum ease to the user. The panel board has been studied according to the most recent fundamental ergonomic rules: the selector switch of the primary functions is placed in the center, with, all around, the secondary controls. A series of led indicate the functions ON, show the temperatures of heating and domestic hot water and the type of fault which could have occurred within the boiler. Double scale thermometer Through this thermometer it is possible to read: - the C.H. flow temperature on the L.H. side scale; - the D.H.W. temperature on the R.H. side scale. Reset button Button resetting the boiler operation after a lock-out of the burner control. Lockout warning lamp Indicates the lock-out of the burner control. Fault signaling lamp Indicates a fault in the boiler operation. Burner On Lamp Indicates the good operation of the burner. Supply line On Lamp Indicates the power supply is On. Outer sensor calibration button Adjust the compensation curve for the control of the room temperature depending on the outer temperature (it works only when the outer temperature sensor is fitted). Heating only position Off/anti-frost position Summer position Winter position Multifunction switch the boiler works for C.H. only. the boiler is Off; only anti-frost protection is On. he boiler works for D.H.W. production only. the boiler works for heating and D.H.W. production. It offers considerable advantages: Increase in the corrosion resistance, thanks to the pre-treatment of the whole steel surface to be enameled, with a pneumatic sand blasting, made with steel shots which removes all the machining residues and eliminates all eventual welding seams imperfections. Higher resistance to the scaling deposits, thanks to the glossy inner surfaces of the tank, which impede the grappling of the small scaling particles. High increase of the shock resistance, thanks to the elasticity of the lining. To heat and economize HEATING NTC TEMPERATURE ON OFF A BAND ANTIFAST 3 minutes DUA PLUS B is a wall hung boiler designed to speedily and silently heat medium and large size houses. ANTI-FAST DIAGRAM PRE-SET TEMPERATURE BOILER RE-STARTING TEMPERATURE B BAND ANTIFAST < 3 minutes BOILER TIME t 15 C The 28 kw, to avoid energy waste, are controlled by a microprocessor which modulates the output from 12.5 to 28 kw through the heating NTC temperature sensor. Its ANTI-FAST system reduces the On and Off cycles, responsible for the high consumptions. The ANTI-FAST system is an electronic ignition delaying device which acts after the switch Off of the burner, due to the temperature attainment (the pre-set temperature). If the room thermostat stays on demand, the boiler is switched On after about three minutes (A BAND), time which is reduced to zero if the boiler temperature goes down quickly of 15 C against the pre-set temperature (B BAND). Advantages: The quickness, for the heating system, in reaching the steady state conditions. On-Off cycles reductions, with consequent consumption reduction and components wear. So, it is possible to install DUA PLUS B boilers in installations which demand for a small heating output, thus avoiding high fuel waste and having, in the mean time, the advantage of the large availability of D.H.W., specific of the DUA PLUS B.
