Long work sessions have never been a problem to meet deadlines and completion dates. It remains important to me to produce work and not just watch over others. I have experience working in large multi disciplinary teams and independently on smaller scale projects providing a full service including applications for planning, listed building, as well as building regulations and licensing. Key skills and achievements Design I have a wide background in many aspects of design from retail store fitting to night clubs providing feasibility schemes through presentations, to working details and final completion, as well as obtaining costs for producing the various aspects of the design scheme. Project management and Contract Administration In addition to my design tasks I provided on site project management and in some cases contract administration roles when required by certain clients such as Travelodge..I am used to dealing with health and safety, DDA compliance and providing as built records for clients. I.T. management As an associate at Esquisse Design, I co-ordinated the I.T. aspect of the office buying new software installing and managing the office network of up to 35 users.
Visualization As well as providing fast 3D max rendered visuals, I have created many show reel walk through presentations inter spliced with stills and motion graphics to provide a movie presentation to re-enforce the still image presentations. Lately they have been modified for phone presentations. International Work As a freelance designer I won a project in Moscow in 2003 to design a themed casino based on Las Vegas which I was involved with for the following 3 years.
