AN WATER SOLENOID IS ENERGIZED ALLOWING THE FLOW OF WATER TO THE HOOD DUT AND PLENUM THROUGH THE SELF LEANING HOOD SPRAY BAR. AT THE SAME TIME A SEOND WATER SOLENOID IS ENERGIZED AND ALLOWS THE FLOW OF WATER TO THE APPLIANES. SURFATANT IS ONTINUALLY INJETED INTO THE WATER STREAM TO HELP SUPPRESS THE.
