Plants are consolidated or removed from trays and spread out Each 8 section has no more than two colors of a single variety Only one price point should be merchandised on each table unless otherwise indicated on the POG All product is striped across the tables Hanging baskets are striped across C&W rack Beam labels are in the designated area of C&W rack Basic hanging baskets are merchandised above the basic annual table and the premium hanging baskets are merchandised over the premium annual table 1
The product is merchandised in a waterfall effect, using the shortest in the front of the table and the tallest to the back of the table. The only exception would be the Landscape garden tables which should be merchandised in a natural pattern with pots being removed from trays. All tags are aligned with the front of printed pots for maximum impact on tables. The tag should be opposite the barcode/upc code on all annuals and perennials. Retaining wall end caps are only one price point Endcap has holes drilled out for appropriate 7x10 signage No excess trash on the front apron (dead leaves, sign holders, banners, empty racks) No racked color is distressed All distressed product is removed to the designated clearance area All excess product on racks is placed on garden center fence Standing rack are only one price point Overflow racks are signed with a 7x10 sign facing the customer All overflow rack are available for customers to shop All 7x10 signs are consistent on tables 2
