Items, such as GN containers, pots and pans, are washed with a mixture of water, plastic granules and detergent. The blasting effect removes burnt-on food particles quickly and effectively without soaking. Spin cycle for fast drying A number of unique programme options, including a spin cycle, enable the items to be dried quickly to ensure maximum hygiene. The spin cycle reduce the consumption of water and energy. The DUO-system for your flexibility Be smart using the automatic hood lift The Hood Type Combi Dishwasher is a flexible dishwashing machine which can handle standard ware as well as heavily soiled items, ensuring an efficient flow of dishware items. The DUO-system increases the flexibility and capacity for different types of containers and normal dishware. The flexibility of the DUO-system saves valuable time in the kitchen. The unique hood concept with automatic hood lift improves the working environment for operators in the dishwashing room. The automatic hood reduces the risk of operators suffering shoulder or arm strain injuries. During the opening phase, the cleverly designed hood directs the steam upwards behind the machine and not into the operator s face. The washed items begin to dry immediately and the machine is ready for the next wash. Innovative, simple and smart. CONDENSING UNIT WITH HEAT RECOVERY The condensing unit gives a significantly improved working environment and at the same time saves energy. At the end of the cycle, when the hood is lifted slightly, an inbuild extraction fan removes excess steam from the machine. This hot moist air is passed through a condenser, pre-heating incoming cold water used in the final rinse. At the same time cool air is blown in the dish room for a better climate.
