4 INTRODUCTION Unakho Fire and Emergency Training Academy (U.F.E.T.A) was established 2013 as a vision of specialised Fire Fighting, Emergency Medical Care and Occupational Health and Safety Training Academy. Accredited with the HWSETA as our primary SETA. We have also acquired courses registered with Department of Labour, LGSETA and ETDP SETA. We provide wide-scale quality training national and neighbourhood country like Namibia, Lesotho and Botswana to skill people in Fire and Rescue Services, Disaster Management, Emergency Medical Services, Air Port Fire Fighting, Industrial, Commercial, Schools, Public and Private Sector and to unemployment as well to better position themselves in the job market. As a Private Company we are not bound by tradition and find better and efficient ways to source skilled and experience personnel in the transfer of knowledge. We strive for constant awareness of the evolving training needs of our customers. The quality of our service often determined by our ability to adapt to changing conditions. Due to our low overhead structure, we are in a position to provide high quality training, both in-house and on-site at a competitive rate. She has Strategic Leadership and Management, Lectured and trained many Police Officers in this Organization. Good understanding of government legislation, structure and systems. Good communication skills verbally and in writing, networking, interpersonal skills, innovative ability to work independently and team player. Has advanced computer skills, research, monitoring and evaluation. Good understanding of Financial Management and budgeting skills. Areas of work experience are: Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, King Williams Town-Bisho, Kimberley and Pretoria in SAPS Training Academies. 7
