Roman Blinds Roman blinds have become increasingly popular, and although they have a more traditional aesthetic, when combined with a modern setting, they can lend a sophisticated softness to your room. Romans are available in a variety of patterned and textured fabrics, and you can choose either visible timber battens on the face of the blind, or hidden aluminium battens on the rear of the blind, which also adds strength and resilience.
