Foreword: This manual is general for all whirlpools in the BT-series. The user manual describes safety procedures, operating instructions and general maintenance. Please take your time to read through this manual before installing and using the product and make the instructions available. Important note to installer/ customer: Please check the description on the packaging matches the item you have ordered and check the packaging visually on damages upon delivery. Let us know directly by e-mail if there is an issue. If the product should be returned, we only accept the product packed in the original and undamaged packaging. Please ensure that all items are inspected for fault/damage prior to any installation commencing. Let us know directly by e-mail if there is damage. Safety Instructions: 1. Do not let children use the whirlpool without supervision of an adult. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or adequate instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Avoid the possibility that little children can drown. Always have supervision. Avoid the possibility that long hair can be sucked into the water suction. This can lead to injuries. 2. Since excessive water/moisture temperatures have high potential to cause birth defects in early pregnancy, pregnant limiting water temperature to38 C. Consult your doctor before use. 3. Use of alcohol, drugs or medication before or during use of the product may lead to unconsciousness and possible drowning or increased risk of fatal output of heat stroke. 4. Persons suffering from obesity or with a medical history that includes the use of medication for heart problems, low or high blood pressure, problems with blood circulation or diabetes should consult a doctor before using the product. 5. Persons using medication should consult a doctor before using this product, since the use of certain medications can cause drowsiness or affect heart rate, blood pressure and blood circulation. 6. Excessive use of this product can lead to heatstroke. Heatstroke occurs when body temperature exceeds normal temperature by several degrees. The symptoms include dizziness, drowsiness, unconsciousness and increased body temperature. Heat stroke can cause you to (1) distraction the dangers that can occur, (2) can t feel the heat, (3) do not see the need to stop using the product, (4) the lack of physical ability to walk out of the product, (5) foetal damage in pregnant and (6) unconsciousness, that can lead to drowning. 7. Protective devices for leakage, overload of power or incorrect voltage must be installed and working. 8. Do not use any other electrical devices, except parts supplied with safety extra-low voltage not exceeding 12V, in or in the direct surroundings of the product. 9. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. General: Warning! Remove the whirlpool from the package carefully and only with the metal frame. Never lift the whirlpool from the parts such as hoses, jets, electra, drain hoses etcetera. We advise to install your product in a way that, in case of a service need, you easily can reach the specific part without the need to make a lot of costs for removing the casing. Page 2 / 9

Before installation: 1. You must ensure that water inlet, electricity and drain pipe are ready and suitable for installation of the product. We refer to the technical specifications in this manual. Use a splash proof socket to connect the product with the power supply. The drain hose has a diameter of 40mm. The water inlet hoses have ½ -connections. 2. The water connection hoses are resistant to high pressure. Before you connect the hoses, flush the supply pipes first so all possible dirt particles from the pipes are flushed out. 3. Use taps on the jack in the wall. Any repairs or maintenance on the product can be done without having to close the main valve of the water. 4. Ensure that there is enough space to connect the various parts. 5. After extracting the product parts, check that all parts are complete and that there is no visible errors, missing parts, or damages. Installation instructions: 1. Be sure that the product is installed correctly. We recommend to install the product by an expert. The product must be installed on the floor with all feet before use. Levelling the product is an important topic. 2. Electrical installation and testing shall be performed by approved electrician. 3. Power to the product must meet the requirements of the product described in this manual. 4. Protective devices for leakage, overload of power or incorrect voltage must be installed and working. 5. Do not cut or extend electrical wires / power cord during installation of the product. 6. Do not disassemble the control panel or computer controller as this is not designed for disassembly. Defects, damages or shock caused by such removal can t be charged to the supplier or its distributors. 7. For electrical installations the local standards must be followed. 8. The motor must be grounded with wire not less than 1mm. 9. Earthed appliances must be permanently connected to fixed wiring. 10. Parts incorporating electrical components, except remote control devices, must be located or fixed so that they cannot fall into the bath; 11. The appliance should be supplied through a residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 ma. 12. Parts are installed in the correct zone and that equipotential bonding is carried out. 13. Electrical installation shall be in accordance with National Regulatory requirements. 14. Connect the supply for hot & cold water in the right way up (red=hot, blue=cold). 15. Organic chemicals such as acetone, ammonia or gasoline can dissolve or damage the product. Do not use these chemicals for cleaning or installation. 16. Do not support or stack anything on the product. Take special care when moving the product so that no pressure will be charged unnecessary. 17. Maintain good ventilation in the room product is installed in. 18. Be sure that the hot and cold water hoses will not touch the floor when the product is pushed in the correct place. This will minimize the chance of getting rust on the hoses. Page 3 / 9

After installation: 1. Before starting up the product for the 1 st time you have to go over all connections to control that they are well connected. Recommended control points are water fittings and pipes on the faucet to the various functions. 2. Before starting up the product for the 1 st time you have to check if all electrical wires are connected correctly. 3. After installation check that the whirlpool is clean. We recommend to clean the whirlpool first before you add water to it. Any dirt can clog the pipes and massage jets. If the bath is clean, close the drain of the tub and fill the tub with water up to the sensor. The sensor for this is placed just above the level of the highest jets. If the water is below the sensor, the pump will not work for safety reasons. 4. Switch the system on and operate for a minimum period of 10 min. Without draining down, switch the whirlpool system off and after a minimum period of 10 min check all pipework, joints and connections for possible leaks. After any necessary adjustment to ensure the integrity of the installation or the replacement of any faulty elements, repeat the procedure. 5. You must ensure that the product works as expected. Test all functions of the product to immediately check and correct any errors. After testing, put the bath in place and seal the wall joints with acid-free plumbing kit. Let it harden sufficiently. Important note: In general, the use of strong bath oils in whirlpools is against advise. Oil remains can stick on the inside of the hose system and can cause troubles in due time. If you do want these kind of products, use oils specific for whirlpools. Turn on/off the display: The system is "standby" when the whirlpool connected to the power network. 1. If the system is on "standby" state, the on/off symbol is visible on the dark screen. If touch any of the buttons on the screen will activate the backlight with 50% strength. Turn on the system by pressing the power supply button on the control panel for three seconds. The current temperature ( C) will appear on the display. The temperature sensor is located below the overflow. 2. The timer set to 2 hours, all functions will automatically turn off after the expiry of this time, and the whirlpool will go into the "standby" mode. 3. To turn off the system, press the power supply button on the display again. Water pump: (F= 1~9 Force) The water pump only works when the water is above the temperature sensor. Keep in mind that the whirlpool has two sensors. One sensor for the water level is behind the acrylic and not directly visible. The temperature sensor is visible in the whirlpool. Press the water pump button to activate the pump. If the water is not above the water level sensor, the pump button will flash, but the pump will start automatically when the water go above the water level sensor. The standard operating time of the water pump is 20 minutes. If the water pump and air pump both work but with a different start time, both pumps will automatically turn off after 20 minutes. To stop the water pump, press the water pump button for two seconds. On the display you can see off. To be able to adjust the water force, the water pump has to be working. Press the SET button until you see F= on the display. Press the parameter setting keys to select a force level between 1 and 9. Force 1 is the most soft water pressure, force 9 the most powerful. Underwater light: (C= 1~7 Colour) The underwater light colour is variable and adjustable in strength. Press the light button to turn on the underwater light. The light color is white (C=1). To change the colour of the underwater light, press for the 2nd time on the light button and the light will show automatically the 7 different colors C=1 to C=7. To set the desired colour, press for the 3 rd time on the light button when the desired colour appears. To turn the light off, press the light button for the 4th time. To change colour manually, press the Set button and use the parameter setting buttons to switch manually between the available colours. If you want to switch off the lights, press the light button. Brightness underwater light: (B= Brightness) With the light activated, you can change the brightness in three levels of intensity by pressing the brightness button. The light will appear in the most bright setting B=3 and can be dimmed to B=1 or B=2 by pressing the brightness button or the parameter setting buttons. Page 5 / 9

Heater: When water level is above the water level sensor, the heater can be activated. Press the constant temperature button to activate the heater. Once the water temperature is below the set temperature, the pump and heater will activate. If the set temperature reaches, the heater will stop automatically. When water level is below the water sensor, the heater and pump stops automatically and the heater symbol will start flash, if water level will go above water level sensor the heater and pump will start automatically again. You can set the heater temperature between 35-43 C. The pre-set temperature is 38 C. Change setting with the parameter up and down buttons. To stop the heater, press the constant temperature button, the heater symbol will flash and the pump will run for 10 seconds to cool down the heater and then stop. If the system shut down with heater on, the pump will continue run for 5 seconds to cool down heater. Music function: Press the Radio/CD function button to activate the radio. 3 db will blink for about 5 seconds, then the radio frequency will appear in the display. The system automatically use the last selected frequency when the radio/cd function is pressed. Once the radio is activated you can adjust the volume using the parameter setting buttons from 0-19 (3db is default). To search for a new radio channel, press the set button, then use the parameter setting buttons to select channel. If you press the parameter setting buttons for 2 seconds, the system will automatically search for a channel. Press the memory button to save the selected channel. On the display CH(=channel) will appear. Press the parameter setting buttons to choose a preset number from 1-10 and press the memory button to save the channel. To choose a preset channel, press the memory button, then press set button and use parameter setting buttons to choose preset channel. To select Bluetooth press the Music function twice (if FM is active, if not Bluetooth is first and only function available). symbol will appear in the top display and flash and bt will show in the display. Now the system is searchable and you can start search mode on your Bluetooth device to start pairing. When the Whirlpool is detected, connect and use password 1234 to be able to connect once connected the system will make indication sound. Once connected the system only connects to music channel, so speech will not go through the system. If there is an incoming or outgoing call during music streaming, the streaming will stop automatically during the call and start automatically after the call done. To deactivate the Bluetooth function press the Music button. Page 6 / 9

Once a device is connected to the system it will auto-detect when Bluetooth function activated on the control panel. If there is more than one device paired to the system, the system will choose one of them automatically. If the system connects to wrong device, deactivate the Bluetooth function by pressing the Music button then press and hold the Music button for 3 seconds and the Bluetooth symbol will start flash and the system is in search mode. Turn off and on the Bluetooth function or open Bluetooth function on the device for connection and pairing with the Whirlpool. Sound volume can adjust using the parameter setting buttons set into 9 different volume levels. Air pump: Press the air pump button to activate the pump. Whether the water is above or below the water sensor, if you press the air pump button, the air pump will start and blow warm air through the bottom jets. The air pump will automatically shut down after 20 minutes. If the water level changes from above to below the sensor, the air pump will stop automatically. The icon of the air pump will start to flash. In order to activate the air pump again, press the air pump button. If the water pump and air pump both work at the same time but with a different start time, both pumps will automatically turn off after 20 minutes. To stop the air pump, press the air pump button. When the water no longer detected on the water level sensor, the air pump will run automatically after 20 minutes for a preset time of 1 minute to dry the air jets. And it will do it in these three different scenarios: 1. Water is no longer detected by the water level sensor with system still turned on 2. Water is no longer detected by the water level sensor and then the system is turned off 3. System is turned off and after that the water no longer detected by the water level sensor. Page 7 / 9

How to operate the faucet: A: Change over valve: Water jets Hand shower Waterfall B: Temperature adjustment: H for hot water L for cold water OFF Air regulator: Maintenance: - When to clean the whirlpool use a soft sponge and a detergent without ammonia and acetone to prevent the surfaces in the whirlpool gets math. - The drain can be caused by hair, soap scum and such clogging. Clean the drain regularly. - The chrome parts are carefully polished. Do not use polishes with abrasives or other chemicals that may affect the chrome parts of your whirlpool. Try not to remove stains with hard objects, such as knives. To clean, use a damp cloth. - Bad maintenance / cleaning can cause damage to the faucets and jets. - Clean the whirlpool with a whirlpool cleaner monthly. Follow the instructions on the bottle. Lime, soap, grease, oil, hair, bacteria and dead skin care can contaminate your whirlpool system. If not cleaned regularly, you can get black flakes in the bath. If this happens, you should clean the whirlpool system with a whirlpool cleaner so often in succession to clean up the black flakes and have it completely disappeared.
