The aerosol cleaning fluids for solvent (colour coded orange) and waterborne (colour coded blue) are simply dropped into the holder in the top of the machine and one 500 ml can will clean up to 32 spray guns. Pro CLEAN uses very small amounts of solvent, significantly reducing waste and research has shown that on average, Pro CLEAN slashes gun cleaning costs by up to 70%. Bodyshops using Pro CLEAN can dispense with the need for regular bulk solvent replacement and recycling as it uses a fraction of that used by conventional machines.

The cleaning solution aerosols The two special composition Pro Clean spray gun cleaning solutions are supplied in boxes of twelve units. The colour coded 500 ml capacity cans are purpose made to fit in the Pro Clean Machine s top location chimney. Logically the cleaner for waterbased materials is capped and labelled in blue and the solvent cleaner is in high visibility orange. Our photo sequence shows the loading process it takes just moments and the machine is ready for use.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL We have produced a single sheet colour leaflet to fully explain the function and the USP s of the Pro Clean System. The reverse e side of the leaflet shows a very basic step by step guide and the many advantages of Pro Clean when compared with traditional gun wash machines. The leaflet is initially being printed in our six primary European languages and others will be added during the remainder of the year. Using the same graphic design style we have prepared a half page, trade press advertisement that has already appeared in a South African automotive aftermarket title
VIDEO SEQUENCE As with the launch of DeKups we have produced a short video to put across the simplicity of use of the Pro Clean Machine. Professionally produced by SmartDreamers and shot here in the training centre the video takes the viiewer through the step by step process at reduced speed and then runs a sequence in real time to fully expound the genuine time savings. The voice over will be produced in several languages.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION A detailed multi page, multi language service bulletin / operating instruction booklet is included with every machine ordered via the Bournemouth facility. This bulletin contains a wealth of information on usage, technical specification and spare parts. This will also be available as a download from our website should customers require reference. Also available are a set of the mandatory Material Safety Data Sheets for the waterbase and solvent based aerosol cleaning solutions. These MSDS pages have currently been produced in 8 different languages but more will follow. QUICK START GUIDE As with any piece of equipment these days, for those who don t want to tackle the operating instructions we have a fully pictorial quick start guide. This is a visual step by step guide which is self explanatory and ideally should be put up on the wall next to the machine as operators get used to the procedure.
Issue #187 UK 26th July 2011 ProCLEAN INNOVATIVE SPRAY GUN CLEANING BY DeVILBISS Air Extraction The Pro Clean machines are provided with left and right hand extraction portholes temporarily sealed with push out grommets. Also supplied is a single metal extraction outlet cage which clips into the chosen side port and allows fitment of a length of standard convoluted ducting (100/110 mm) which can be coupled into a mix room fan duct.
