Mission & Benefits The GCC is Independent group of aerospace professionals that works jointly with Honeywell to bring about improvement in aircraft, equipment, operations and services by seeking input from members on any concerns and issues based on the operator's experience, and to represent those issues to Honeywell. Operating System RAIL Operating System GCC 5 Step Process NEW Issues brought forward to Honeywell by customers, including but not limited to: Entry into service. Aftermarket or service related difficulties. Top OEM and OEM Advisory Board Issues. Industry surveys, etc. QUEUE Rails in works awaiting priority to move into top 25. GCC members review the One Rail List during face to face meetings and provide Honeywell ell with their Top Priority Queue Rails by Rail category. TOP 25 RAILs in work with high priority Status is provided at every face to face meeting for the complete Top 25 list. Status of a subset of the Top 25 list presented during teleconferences. Top 25 RAILs are presented internally at Honeywell to Sr Leadership on a monthly basis to review progress. CLOSED Items are closed, actions finished When Honeywell believes RAIL scope and actions are completed, Honeywell recommends the item be closed at the next meeting opportunity. Members will be asked to either agree to close or raise any issues/concerns as to why the RAIL must remain open. AGENDA FOLLOW UP Actions to be updated at every face to face meeting. When RAILs are ongoing or continuous improvement efforts, Honeywell may recommend to close RAILs when adequate tools are created, progress is sufficient and plans to complete are in place
