RENOVATING FOR PROFIT APARTMENT RENOVATION Homeowners Amy & Cary bought this small 40m 2 apartment 3 years ago, prior to the birth of their first child. They ve completed the kitchen makeover, painted and installed new flooring throughout. It presents well currently but suffers a major problem lack of storage. They re bursting at the seams from the moment you enter their front door to the cluttered bathroom and everything in between. Amy & Cary plan to sell and upgrade to a larger family home. But before they do, they ll need to renovate their bathroom, solve the storage issues and give their apartment more soul to attract a buyer, all for a tiny budget of just $5,000 inclusive of GST.
