Special features of the product We really appreciate your patronizing our environmentally friendly well being far infrared ray radiant heater SUNJOY. Existing air convection heating system is indirect type that warms the air and that warm air makes the skin feel heated. Thus it undergoes several process and energy consumption and loss are high. The ultimate goal of the heating is to increase body temperature. Our SUNJOY realized it by adopting radiant heating system that penetrates far infrared ray deep into the skin. Compared to conventional electric heater, 30~50% of energy saving effect appears. This product is made of semi-fireproof material and it is highly effective product with 94.8% of far infrared ray radiation rate. This energy saving & environmentally friendly heating system has various functions including office and residence heating, activation of body metabolism (blood circulation and perspiration), antibacterial effect by application of negative ion and nano-silver (removal of pyogenic bacteria, pseudomonas aeruginosa and colon bacillus), deodorizing effect (neutralizing effect of ammonia and formaldehyde gas). Warm air circulation Heat spreads throughout the house because it is reflected by the glass. Cold air circulation <Heat flow of conventional heating system> <Heat flow of SUNJOY heating system > Far infrared ray, emitted from the SUNJOY are firstly absorbed by the subject and the far infrared ray are reflected by the walls and floor, then secondly, they radiate again far infrared rays around. Thus, room temperature distribution is relatively consistent due to the secondary radiation.

How to Install 1 2 3 4 1. Select the place to install the product. - Install the product more than 50mm from the side wall and do not install the product too close to the ceiling. - Choose the product location, having considered the position of lighting and intensive heating area. - Check if the ceiling materials can sustain the weight of panels. 2. Adjust the distance between mounting cradles parallelly and fix it to become 730.5mm. (Figure 1, 2) - The product shall not be correctly installed if the distance between mounting cradles is not parallel. 3. Combine the product with the fixed mounting cradle. - Adjust the mounting cradle to the combining groove (Figure 3) on the back of the product and fix it. (Figure 4). 4. Be sure to ask the installation to the company with the permit for electrical works.

Power connection method (2) 1. Use rated voltage at AC 220[V], 50/60[Hz] 2. Calculate the capacity based on the number of installed products and check the capacity of temperature control and circuit breaker. 3. Confirm exactly the connection between panel board and I/O connector and conduct wiring when using magnet S/W. Unless there may be risk of fire and accidents. 4. For wiring of output terminal and panel, use regulated compression terminal to prevent overheating due to minimization of contact resistance and poor connection. 5. Maintain more than 2 times of the distance between the products when installing numerous products. 6. Connections of the power cord must be connected using a kit and insulated with heat resistant tape to increase the contact resistance to prevent fires. 6. Be sure to use connecting kit for power code connection and insulate with heat resistant tape so as to prevent fire, caused by increased contact resistance 7. Keep other electrical safety rules.
