The Kings Arms is a characterful and traditional pub restaurant situated prominently on the main street through the delightful town of Eccleshall in rural Staffordshire, and, whilst available to the market in its current condition, has also, and more excitingly, been identified as an ideal site for substantial investment by Enterprise, thereby presenting a superb opportunity for an entrepreneurial operator to come on board at the early stages of our development plans, help to mould them into reality, and then take the lead part in developing a food and drinks business to captivate and enthuse the local community and beyond. In terms of the location of the Kings Arms, it is located in the heart of Eccleshall, which is an attractive town in rural Staffordshire 10 miles east of Stone and Stafford. This bustling town has a farmers market each month, the annual Eccleshall show and a major festival every two years. The town is a regular winner of the Britain in Bloom competition and has a conservation area.
