Do not direct steam at people, animals or at electrical devices. Do not operate machine without Distilled Water in the tank. Always purge machine (depress trigger and hold for 3 seconds) before use and after idle for 3-minutes or more. Do not allow machine to run unattended at any time. Close supervision is necessary when this machine is used near children. Do not allow it to be used as a toy. The machine is designed for TRAINED PERSONEL only, do not expose to rain. Do not overfill the water tank. The machine contains a maximum of 1500ml of Distilled Water only. Overfilling of the water tank may cause damage or injury. Never turn the machine over or tilt more than 45 degrees when it is switched on or if it s still producing steam. Never use this machine to clean electronic devices or installed electronics. Do not run UNIT for more than 1 hour at a time. Use extra care when cleaning on Dash Boards. Some dashboards cannot be exposed to moisture whatsoever. Do not immerse cord, plug or machine in water or any other liquid. Do not operate with a damaged cord, if the power cord is damaged or any improper performance of this machine occurs it should be repaired by a qualified electrician only. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, feet and all parts of body away from the jet of steam. Do not operate machine in bare feet or when wearing open toe shoes or sandals. Please note the front hood of this machine opens and some parts are packed inside of it. USING UNIT FOR THE FIRST TIME RUNNING MACINE DRY WILL VOID WARRANTY! Make sure the machine is unplugged from the outlet. Unscrew the safety cap (2) by pushing down and turning counter clockwise. Using the measuring jug and funnel (15) fill the machine with up to 1500ml of water. This should be sufficient to steam clean for approximately one hour. Once full, replace the safety cap by turning clockwise and fasten tightly. Attach the desired attachment tool you require to the P.O.D. handle. Now plug the Pressure On Demand System into the outlet and switch on. Two lights should illuminate. The red light (5) is a power indicator. The orange light (6) indicates that the machine is building up steam pressure. When the machine is first turned on this light will illuminate and the Pressure On Demand System can take up to 12 minutes to reach the correct pressure level depending on the amount of water in the tank. Once the orange light has gone out the Pressure On Demand System is ready to use. The orange light may come back on when the machine is in use. If this happens, release the safety trigger and allow the steam pressure to build up once again. This should take no longer than 40 seconds. If the safety trigger is pressed when the orange light is on hot water may come out of the machine. REFILLING THE WATER TANK Switch the machine off using the on/off button(4) Disconnect the power cable from the outlet. Wait 5 minutes before removing cap. Squeeze the handles trigger to make sure that the machine is no longer under pressure before unscrewing the safety cap. DO NOT unscrew the safety cap until the steam has stopped. Fill the water tank with DISTILLED WATER ONLY as necessary using the

funnel provided. DO NOT exceed 1500ml of DISTILLED WATER ONLY before replacing the safety cap by turning clockwise. Fasten cap tightly. You are now ready to switch the Pressure On Demand System on and resume steaming You must use DISTILLED WATER ONLY (this prevents internal lime scale that may damage the steam system) Warning risk of injury! Warning! This cap gets hot in use; handle with care. CLEANING FLAT SURFACES Attach the Large Sponge Holder to extension wands, which snap together. Then attach the extension wand to the steam gun. Ensure the extension wands are firmly connected. To release the extension wands press the button on the hose connection. Cleaning flat surfaces with the cleaning cloth. While the machine is switched off attach the cleaning cloth to the large sponge holder adaptor via the spring loaded clips, make sure the edges of the cleaning cloth are secure. DO NOT attempt to do this while the machine is still hot. Never remove the cleaning cloth when the safety trigger is released or the machine is warm to the touch. Warning risk of injury! ATTACHING THE ACCESSORIES The accessories may be attached to the steam gun (9) using one or both adaptors 16a and 16b. When using the round brushes or high-pressure nozzle, Squeegee head, adaptors 16a and 16b are both usable. One adaptor must be used with small brush accessories. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Cleaning and maintenance operations should be carried out with the appliance

disconnected from the power supply. The machine should be allowed to completely cool down before it is stored away or cleaned. Clean the machine and its accessories with a slightly damp cloth only. Never use a cleaning product or detergent. To ensure that your machine operates correctly over a long period, rinse out the water tank once a month to remove lime-scale deposits. Never use vinegar or a lime-scale remover. POWERING ON THE P. O. D. STEAMER SYSTEM Before powering on the POD unit, check that the mains voltage that you want to use is suitable for the appliance. The information you need for this is shown on the identification plate located on the bottom of the steamer unit. Photo 1 Photo 2 Operation of the steam gun First: Know your steam gun. You will find the Steam trigger & Red Safety/Locking button on steam gun. You will find that Red safety button is imprinted with off/lock on. (See photo 1) Second: Operation. a) Steam spray on demand When the P. O. D. is warmed up. First, press Red Safety button to the ON position, after that pull the steam trigger. See photo (No.2)

b) Continuous steam spray. If you want the P. O. D. Steamer to produce continuous steam without pressing and holding steam trigger multiple times, press red safety button to Off/Lock position until no longer needed. Purge hose before initial or idle use. Upon first use or when steamer has been idle for more than a few minutes, water will build up in the hose (due to temperature fluctuation from the tank to the nozzle). Therefore, it may be necessary to PURGE (pull the trigger pointing away from the job, perhaps into a trash can or towards the ground, to dispense any water built up in the hose prior to steam coming out again. It only takes a few seconds to PURGE the hose. Once only steam is coming out again, the unit is ready for install and removal use again. Note: Water in hose can be used for pre and post vehicle cleaning. Use the water if you need it or can use it in your vehicle cleaning process. ACCESSORIES The accessories provided allow you to use the power of steam to blast away grease, grime, mildew, scum, all with minimum effort, from difficult to reach and clean places - all without the use of chemicals. Cleaning Cloth (15) Machine washable when dirty. Easily fits to the Upholstery brush (21) and 12 Large Foam Head (14) via spring loaded clips. The cloth is designed to lift, trap and absorb dirt from sensitive cleaning surfaces, leaving surfaces clean and sanitized. 12 Large Foam Head (14) and Upholstery Brush (21) These tool only works with the Medium Pressure Angled adaptor (16b) Use with extension wands for flat surface cleaning. It has spring loaded clips to hold the cleaning cloth. Upholstery Brush bristles loosen dirt and open fibers for steam to penetrate. Foam Head offers a wide steam spread. Extension wands (13) Two extension wands allow you to select various lengths for comfortable operation, reducing the need to bend while enabling you to reach high places. Wand and accessories snap-lock into place for leak free operation. Round Brushes (17) Essential for cleaning small hard to reach areas. Must be used with high-pressure straight adaptor only (16a).

Squeegee (19) Use on mirrors, windows or other smooth surfaces. Steam loosens surface dirt and the rubber blade of the squeegee scrapes it clean. Attaches directly to the steam gun using High-Pressure Angled Adaptor (16b). High Pressure Nozzle (18) Allows for concentrated high pressure steam flow. Connects directly to steam gun using both 16a and 16b adaptors. Water Funnel and Measuring Jug (15) Use the measuring jug to ensure you fill the machine with the correct amounts of water. The funnel ensures no mess when filling the tank! WARNING! Please read carefully. Important safety instructions! DO NOT switch this machine on or attempt to use it without water in the tank. NEVER operate without the safety cap screwed tightly in place. Read the attached safety instructions carefully before proceeding. CAUTION! Cleaning Fabrics:

A number of materials and fabrics are NOT suitable to be cleaned by steam for example: Do not use on leather, wax polished furniture or floors, synthetic fabrics, velvet, Dralon or other delicate, steam sensitive materials. CAUTION! We recommend: You test in a hidden area before cleaning for color fastness and fabric sensitivity. If color or appearance is affected DO NOT proceed to steam clean. Cleaning Glass/Mirrors: Thermal shock can also shatter glass. Before cleaning glass surfaces, carefully warm the surface by directing the steam jet on the glass from a distance of no less than 6" or 15cm. TROUBLESHOOTING (Before you call us!) Water comes out of the nozzle The P. O. D. Steamer develops a massive amount of steam. The P.O.D. Steamer needs to be purged before each first use and after idle for 3-minutes. Steam may condense inside and turn into water or water droplets in the steam hose and tools and nozzle, which are then expelled when used after a period of cooling. This is normal and not a cause for concern. No power or steam comes out Check in case the hose has become kinked or blocked, or that you have run out of water or power! I can't get the pressure cap off Use caution before making sure that you have completely de-pressurized the boiler-see the section REFILLING WITH WATER IN USE. Steam flow is erratic; sometimes it works really well, sometimes not so well If you have not used DISTILLED WATER ONLY, you may have a small blockage inside your unit. Your warranty is void and you may need to replace your machine.

I have hard water and use boiled water from the kettle, or water that I left in the boiler, now my Steam Cleaner doesn't work well at all. Use DISTILLED WATER ONLY! You may have made matters worse-boiled water concentrates the minerals that form lime scale. Water left in the boiler will go bad if sitting for long periods of time. So, ALWAYS empty the machine after use and NEVER use boiled water. Do Not Return To Store Contact Warranty and Service Department All Returns and Claims must be sent to: Pressure On Demand 21617 Marilla Street Chatsworth, CA 91311 818-766-8291 Please note: We are not responsible for shipping costs.
