All orders are subject to availability and colors at time of delivery; all prices are subject to change without notice. Please note the new changes to our delivery charges for 2018. Monday through Friday delivery days will be charged according to the following schedule, any Saturday deliveries will be charged extra. We do not deliver on Sundays. All deliveries within 50 miles will be charged $40.00 but must meet $1000.00 minimum for delivery. All deliveries beyond a 50 mile radius will be charged $150.00 but must meet $2500.00 minimum for delivery. Also deliveries 40 miles and beyond will be scheduled for delivery on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday ONLY. Please place all orders at least three days in advance. Phone orders will be taken between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at (978) 897-7569. We send out a weekly fax availability list and will also send updated faxes per request. Now available we are able to email availability list. List sent by request are only current for one day. We accept faxes at all hours, every day at this fax number: (978) 897-3323. Please email orders to ddfarmsinc@aol.com only! Please remember to put your name or fax number on fax sheet orders. Any problems with items ordered you will be contacted about substitutions. All pickup orders MUST be phoned in one day in advance and have a minimum of 25 trays. We cannot fill any pick-up orders without a prior call. Terms are C.O.D. for all new accounts and any accounts with past due balances will be C.O.D. also. All customers have 30 days to pay. All accounts over 30 days will incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5%. After 60 days all accounts will be put on C.O.D. basis. Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee. We accept payment using Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Massachusetts sales tax will be charged unless we have a signed resale or exempt certificate containing your federal ID number and a signature on file. warrants that the plants we sell conform to the description on our order sheet. We make no other warranties, expressed or implied, or otherwise, and in in any event, our liability for breech of any warranty or contract with respect to such plants is limited to the purchased price of the plants.
