Dri-Pak I n t r o d u c t i o n Dri-Pak is a family owned business spanning three generations. Our business has developed since the 1960s from packing food salt for the grocery trade into supplying traditional cleaning products to the retail trade. Whilst food salt and dishwasher water softening salt remain a key part of our business, growing interest in our traditional and natural cleaning products has led to our range being developed and extended. At Dri-Pak, we try wherever possible to take the sustainable route to business. Our product range already has strong sustainable and environmental credentials, and we have also reduced the amount of packaging in our products, using recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible. Our products use simple, natural ingredients to clean effectively and do not contain synthetic chemicals like optical brighteners and enzymes that can aggravate allergies like eczema and asthma. Soda Crystals Soda Crystals are ideal for removing grease and dirt, making them a true multi-purpose cleaner. One of the most versatile cleaning and laundry products, Soda Crystals (also known as washing soda) were the mainstay for cleaning and laundry before the advent of detergents. Liquid Soda Crystals... Soften laundry water. Help keep sinks and drains fresh and free from blockages. Remove moss and algae from patios. Clean silverware and jewellery. Clean washing machines. Do not use Soda Crystals on aluminium.wear gloves to avoid skin irritation when using Soda Crystals. Clear slime and moss from patios by sprinkling with Soda Crystals before wetting with a watering can. In a few days the moss will turn brown and can be brushed or scraped away.
Liquid Soda Crystals For ease of use, Liquid Soda Crystals in a triggerspray or pouring bottle can be used for a variety of cleaning and laundry tasks. Liquid Soda Crystals are a great grease and stain remover. The product s extra thick formula makes it ideal for cleaning grimy surfaces like ovens and barbecues, cutting through grease and burnt on food. It can also be applied to hard surfaces including sinks, floors, paintwork, tiles and chrome. Liquid Soda Crystals are even versatile enough to be used as an effective stain remover on marks such as oil, ketchup and coffee. Liquid Soda Crystals... Remove grease and burnt-on food from ovens and barbecues. Remove grease and stains from laundry. Clean soap scum, mould and limescale off bathroom suites, as well as tiles and shower curtains. Liberally spray the inside of the oven with Liquid Soda Crystals and leave for 1 hour before cleaning.
Soda Crystals Laundry Boost Soda Crystals Laundry Boost works with your normal detergent to enhance its cleaning power, remove stains, brighten whites and soften laundry water. Simply add a scoop of Soda Crystals Laundry Boost to normal detergent for advanced stain removing power that cuts through stains, or dissolve a scoop in 4 litres of warm water for pre-soaking garments. For spot cleaning individual stains, mix into a paste with warm water and apply to stain 10 minutes before washing as normal. Soda Crystals Laundry Boost... Removes laundry stains including grease, grass and food. Softens laundry water allowing detergents to work better, requiring less in each wash. Soda Crystals Laundry Boost works at low temperatures, offering improved wash performance at 30 C.
WhiteVinegar White Vinegar is a natural cleaning solution that has been used safely for centuries.the active ingredient in White Vinegar is acetic acid, derived from plants which has cleaning, descaling and deodorising properties. Dri-Pak White Vinegar is ideal for cleaning windows, mirrors, glass and work surfaces.the mild odour soon dissipates, leaving you with a clean, freshsmelling surface. White Vinegar... Effectively cleans glass and mirrored surfaces. Removes limescale from draining boards, irons, kettles, dishwashers, shower heads and screens. Removes stubborn shirt collar stains - spray and leave for 30 minutes before washing as normal. Deodorises musty smelling fabric and surfaces. Removes pet urine odour on furniture and carpets - it will also deter your pet from returning to the same spot. Use White Vinegar as a dishwasher rinse aid for sparkling glasses. It will also help remove limescale build-up in the machine.
Liquid Soap Flakes Hand Washing and Machine Washing Liquid Soap Flakes contain only pure soap with no additives or fragrances, making them a great choice for those with sensitive skin. No residue is left on fabrics or in the detergent drawer making for simple cleaning power. Liquid Soap Flakes do not contain any animal products and have not been tested on animals, making them suitable for vegans. Liquid Soap Flakes also do not contain palm oil - the vegetable origin of the soap comes from rapeseed and sunflower oil. Liquid Soap Flakes... Cleans delicate fabrics including wool, lace, silk and leather. Cleans breathable, waterproof outdoor clothing without affecting the specialist coatings that other detergents can damage. Are instantly soluble and do not form a gel in cold water and so can be used at cool wash temperatures, requiring less energy per wash. Add your favourite essential oil for fresh smelling laundry
Bicarbonate of Soda Bicarbonate of Soda is a traditional cleaning product used for its deodorising and mild abrasive properties. Bicarbonate of Soda is often mistakenly referred to as Baking Soda; although they are very similar, it hasn't got the raising agents required for baking! Bicarbonate of Soda... Can be used as a mild abrasive or scouring agent on shiny surfaces, as it cleans without scratching. Is suitable for use on aluminium, chrome, jewellery, plastic, porcelain, silver, stainless steel and tin. Is an excellent deodoriser for refrigerators, carpets, upholstery, vinyl, bins and drains. Helps maintain the ph balance in septic tanks. Clear sink blockages by pouring Bicarbonate of Soda, followed by White Vinegar down the drain - the fizzing action will help to dislodge debris.
Liquid Bicarb Liquid Bicarb multi-surface cream cleaner draws on the powerful but gentle abrasive properties of Bicarbonate of Soda to deep clean surfaces around the home, without the risk of scratching. Traditionally available as a powder, Dri-Pak has developed a unique and easy to use, thick liquid formulation which suspends Bicarbonate of Soda in a plant-based surfactant. Liquid Bicarb Is a versatile multi-surface cream cleaner, ideal for cleaning sinks, baths and cooker hobs. Contains a plant based surfactant for extra detergency. Will not scratch surfaces and is suitable for use on aluminium, chrome, jewellery, plastic, porcelain, silver, stainless steel and tin. Allow cooker hobs to cool, apply Liquid Bicarb and leave to soak before wiping with a damp cloth for a deep clean.
Citric Acid A natural acid, commonly found in citrus fruits, Dri-Pak Citric Acid is naturally derived from plants and has been used to descale household appliances for decades. Many areas of the UK have hard water - the white limescale deposits that build up on kettle elements are perhaps the most instantly recognisable sign of hard water, but they can also be found on taps, showerheads and even in the grout between tiles. And then there are limescale deposits that can't be seen inside many household appliances. Citric Acid... Removes limescale build-up in washing machines - add Citric Acid to the drum and run on a hot wash. Descales kettles and coffee machines. Can also remove limescale from the heating elements of baby bottle sterilisers. Appliances should be descaled regularly to avoid breakdown and reduce electricity consumption, especially if you live in a hard water area.
Borax Substitute The EU has re-classified the 'Borate' group of chemicals that Borax belongs to, so it is no longer available as a cleaning and laundry product. Dri-Pak Borax Substitute has all the same cleaning and laundry uses, but you get even more for your money! Borax Substitute is a mineral compound, with the perfect ph for cleaning, and is gentler than Soda Crystals yet stronger than Bicarbonate of Soda. Borax Substitute... Is a great multi-purpose cleaner, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. For washing up: Add a tablespoon of Borax Substitute to a sink of warm water, followed by a cup full of Liquid Soap Flakes. Can be used to wash up pots, pans and cutlery. Is an effective laundry booster. Softens the water in washing machines, requiring less detergent and helping to prevent limescale build-up in the machine. Make your own bath salts by adding essential oil and a drop of food colouring to Borax Substitute.
Limescale Remover A versatile Limescale Remover spray containing real lime juice. Ideal for draining boards and taps. Clean & Natural Limescale Remover contains a natural fruit acid, plant based surfactant, real lime juice and essential oils for extra cleaning power and a great smell. It removes limescale, soap scum and greasy bathroom grime, leaving surfaces sparkling clean, with a pleasant citrus fragrance.the bottle features a special trigger mechanism that helps froth the solution to help it stay on surfaces longer before wiping off - for extra cleaning power. Limescale Remover... Spray Limescale Remover liberally over your kitchen draining board and sink to remove scale build-up and rinse clean with fresh water. Use Limescale Remover on your bath, shower heads, taps and tiling for a clean, scale-free and fresh smelling bathroom. For stubborn limescale, spray Limescale Remover and leave for several minutes before wiping and rinsing with clean water.
Multi-Surface Cleaner An easy to use surface cleaner with excellent environmental credentials - plus a great foaming action. Clean & Natural Multi-Surface Cleaner is produced from materials of plant-based origin. If you are looking for a cleaner that doesn t contain oil-based carbon (most cleaners do!) - then look no further. Containing a natural lime essential oil, it leaves a great fresh smell. It has a special foaming formula and trigger to improve its cleaning power. Multi-Surface Cleaner... Removes grease and grime from all surfaces including delicates such as wood, marble and natural limestone. Many liquid surface cleaners are acidic and have a low ph and these can erode surfaces such as granite work tops and natural stone tiles over time. Did you know? Adding to the product s environmental credentials is the fact that the bottle is 100% recyclable - including the trigger which contains no metal! For dried-on food residues, leave the foam to work for a few minutes before wiping with a damp cloth.
