Set-Up Menu The Set-Up Menu can be accessed through hardware or software and is used to; Alter the product Set-Up Codes. Main Wash Time. Additional Rinse (ON/Off). Spin Speed. Pre-wash Time. Spin Time. Access the Diagnostic Modes. Clear Fault Code Messages. Reset wash programs. Service test Programs Once you have entered the Set-Up Menu the 2 main options are; For Set-up Codes press the WOOLENS button. For Diagnostic Modes (Flashing Display) press the DELICATES & KNITS button (while in setup codes 6 or 7).
Set-Up Menu Software access With the door open follow these steps. These Keys must be pressed for more than 2 seconds and released in less than 10 seconds. 2 1 & 3 Once released the display shows S3 1 & 2 Once released the display shows S4 2 & 3 Once released the display shows S5 2 Once released the display shows code Wait for at least 2 sec but less than 15 sec. Press in sequence 3 2 1 3, the display shows set-up codes 6. 1 2 3

Set-Up Menu Hardware access Remove the connector from the AA1 terminal on the User Interface, then reconnect the power. Once finished with the Set-up Codes or Diagnostic Modes disconnect the power and replace the connector on the AA1 terminal.
Set-Up Menu Exit Options From the Set-Up Menu to the Program Select (customers). Go to code 8 press and press PERMANENT PRESS button for 5 seconds. Wait 2 minutes without touching any keys. Switch the power on and off. From the Diagnostic Modes to the Set-Up Menu. Press the DELICATES & KNITS button. Wait 2 minutes without touching any keys. Switch the power on and off.
Set-up Codes The WOOLENS button advances through the set-up codes. Pressing the button will advance to the next code. Rapid advance is possible by holding the button down. The PERMANENT PRESS button is used to adjust the values, pressing and releasing the button will change the value by increments. Rapid adjustment is possible by holding the button down. The DELICATES & KNITS button is used to select or deselect options. Set-Up Code 6 00 Value or Option Code 7 is the time for the main wash in minutes an the value can be from 09-17. 7 09 7 7 Code 8 is the option for an extra rinse minutes and can be off (00) or on (Ar). 8 00 8 Ar

Set-Up Codes Service Options Codes 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, b, C, d, E, F, H, h, J, L, n and U are either part of the pricing features or the coin box, although they are available in the menu incorrectly setting one of these codes may require a hardware reset of the product.
Diagnostic Modes On entry into diagnostic mode, the entire display will flash, a cycle in process is cancelled, money in Coin Box is cleared, and diagnostic codes are cleared. There are 6 different options; BRIGHTS button - Washer Clean-out Cycle: This cycle uses a higher water level and should be used a month to keep the inside of the washer fresh and clean. Use liquid chlorine bleach for thoroughly cleaning. This cycle should not be interrupted. Important: Do not place garments or other items in the washer during the Washer Clean-out Cycle. PERMANENT PRESS button - Cycle Credit: A cycle may be credited (CC will display). When the service mode is exited, SELECT CYCLE will be displayed unless the end-of-cycle door opening is required. WHITES button - Manual Load Test Cycle: This cycle provides more typical full length fills, tumbles, drains, and actuator dispenser movement, allowing for a more thorough analysis of the washer operation, including pressure switch behaviour. COLORS button - Quick Spin Cycle: This cycle provides a method to quickly drain and spin, if desired. WOOLENS button - Quick Overview Test Cycle: This cycle provides a quick verification that the cold and hot water valve, dispensers, and pump motor are working, as well as actuator dispenser movement. It also includes door lock, drain and spin operations. DELICATES & KNITS button Exit: This will exit diagnostic mode and cancel a diagnostic cycle.

Dispenser moves to #IV position. Fill by cold water inlet valve (4 liters). Distribution system to #I position. Fill by hot water inlet valve to Wash Level. Drum executes tumbling at wash speed (30 seconds) Drum executes tumbling at wash speed (30 seconds) Drain pump is ON. Drum rotates counter-clockwise and ramps up. Performs unbalance procedure before and after spinning. If not interrupted, the drum will slow and stop; after reaching 0 rpm, the door unlocks and Step 8 will be skipped This step is only apparent if Step 7 is manually advanced prior to the drum reaching 0 rpm.
