No Water Flow out of Bubbler No water flow No power to outlet Confirm cooler is plugged into electrical outlet. Check if circuit ***No water flow from bubbler on products with a refrigeration system. Water is freezing up in the evaporator Power cord to water cooler is open (compressor & fan will not run) Wire disconnected from solenoid / push bar switches Wire disconnected from Transformer Water shut off closed Regulator valve defective Kinked water line internally Water is freezing in the evaporator Defective Solenoid Evaporator thermistor came out of bulb well Low on refrigerant or partial restriction Water Runs Continuously out of the Bubbler Water runs even when the power cord is UN-plugged Water stops immediately when you UN-plug the power cord from the outlet breaker/fuse/gfci has tripped or blown. Replace power cord Find correct wire & place on to solenoid or connect the push bar switches Find correct wire & place on to transformer Open shut off valve Replace Regulator Locate affected line & remove kink Refer to freeze up section below *** Replace Solenoid Replace the thermistor in the bulb well NOTE: this requires thermal paste on the thermistor Contact Service Agent Solenoid or solenoid diaphragm is defective Press bar is sticking & holding micro-switch down Micro-switch behind press bar is defective Water Quality Problem (taste and odor) Replace solenoid (To verify: while water is running unplug the power cord. If the flow does not stop immediately then replace the solenoid) Replace press bar or repair the cause of the sticking press bar such as the basin hanging on the mounting bracket Locate & replace defective micro-switch ISSUE POSSIBLE CAUSE SOULUTION Water has a taste or odor Installer used plumbers putty Remove sealant and replace with Teflon tape or compression fitting problem or other sealant when connecting cooler to water supply Installer used commercial grade stainless steel braided flex line to connect cooler to water supply Remove flex line and replace with appropriate supply line Water has bacteria or sulfur content Water Flow is Intermittent or Erratic Contact your local water department and have water tested. Add appropriate water filter and flush cooler with food grade sanitizer. Find the connection and reconnect on the control board and repower the unit Find correct wire & place on to transformer The display will be scrolling Please Clear Bottle Filling Area. Remove the obstruction Filter Status LED is Flashing Red and Scrolls Maintenance on the Bottle Filler Filter Status LED is Flashing Filter is missing NFC tag (E013) Replace with a filter that has the TAG activate b/f RED and scrolls Filter is in backwards 180 Take off filter and turn 180 degrees and replace on filter head Maintenance on the bottle degrees (E013) activate b/f filler Wire harness is unplugged at Unplug the cooler and plug the harness back into the board. Power the the NFC board (E013) or (E014) cooler back up Wire harness unplugged at the Control Board (E001SR, E004, Unplug the cooler and plug the harness back into the board. Power the cooler back up

Replace the harness (NOTE: The refrigeration system still works) Condenser over temperature (E006) Fan may be unplugged, blade could be obstructed, dirty condenser Bottle Filler does not power up but the cooler does The harness for the bottle filler is not plugged in to the connector in the cooler basin Bottle Filler does not work but cooler does Harness (1000001610)is unplugged on the control board Connection at transformer is disconnected Bottle Filler and cooler does not turn on Power down the cooler. Check the harness connection; Insert if unplugged, or verify that it is inserted completely Unplug the cooler and plug the harness back into the board. Power the cooler back up Find correct wire & place on to transformer Bottle filler does not light up and the cooler does not work No electricity to cooler. Confirm cooler is plugged into electrical outlet. Check if circuit breaker/fuse/gfci has tripped or blown. The bottle filler will need to recalibrate (appox. 20 second) and then will work as normal. If something has been in the

path of the sensor for 30 minutes or longer there will also be an error code (E012) and the display will scroll Maintenance One Button Menu BACK OF ALPHA BOARD MOUNTED IN BOTTLE FILLER PUSH BUTTON Press the button on the Alpha numeric and hold for approximately 3 seconds until the display changes then release. The display will change and scroll through 8 messages. If nothing is chosen, after the options scroll thru twice the display will go back to the bottle count. Info Scrolls information about the unit.
