Emergency response pre-planning, development of response guidelines, and chief officer for major responses and disasters for the Jubail Area Mutual Aid Association (JAMA A). Reviewed construction and fire protection plans to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Designed and built a new $3 million fire station and training complex, designed and purchased 5 fire trucks. 1997-1998 Matrix Risk Consultants Dayton, OH Loss Control Engineer Conducted fire and quantitative risk assessment studies with respect to maximum loss expectancies (NLE/MFL) for fire and associated perils. Reviewed construction and fire protection plans for new projects, as well as plant expansions and upgrades and provided loss control recommendations. Develop and deliver training courses in fire protection and life safety.
