SITUATION The Glebe House occupies an attractive setting within its own land on the edge of, and with views towards, the Chiltern Hills. Lying to the south east is the Prime Minister s country house, Chequers. Princes Risborough has a number of nursery and primary schools in addition to a secondary school and St Teresa s, an independent Catholic school. The area has a number of golf clubs to choose from including the highly regarded eighteen hole Ellesborough Golf Club that is close by, whilst Princes Risborough boasts its own tennis club. The house is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which consequently boasts beautiful walks, cycle paths and extensive bridleways. In particular the Ridgeway, Midshires Way and Buckinghamshire Way provide opportunity for a number of historic and picturesque walks and riding.

DESCRIPTION The Glebe House is a fine example of a beautifully presented and spacious country house, set in lovely landscaped, mainly south facing gardens, with a long driveway approach, its own paddock land and countryside views.
