COMMITTED TO THE ENVIRONMENT The new legislation of the European Commission consists of two important laws: The standard on Ecodesign (ErP) and on Energy Labeling. The objective of the ErP standard is to achieve international protocols of CO2 emissions according to the objectives of the European plan 20/20 in 2020 (a decrease of 20% in CO2 emissions, 20% savings in the primary energy consumption through efficiency and increased 20% in the use of renewable energies). The labelling requirement aims to give simple information to consumers about the efficiency of heating products on the market as well as encouraging the purchase efficient products. ll products comply with Regulation 626/2011, on the energy labelling of air conditioners connected to the mains with a rated output of heating less than 12kW, supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU and also comply with the Directive 2009/125/EC on Ecodesign requirements applicable to energy-related (ERP) products. 4 TECHNOLOGY THERMOHYDRIC HET PUMP WITH EVPORTOR THERMOHYDRIC PNEL HET PUMP EVPORTOR 1 This new system involves the circulation of water-glycol mix through the thermodydric panels where collect the solar energy and the ambient temperature, ensuring a successful and efficient outcome of heat pump circuit. Obtaining higher performance compared to conventional heat pumps. Evaporation through the thermohydric panel: the water-glycol mix circulates through the panel capturing solar and environmental energy thanks to its low temperature. COMPRESSOR CONDENSER EXPNSION VLVE IR VENT Thanks to the specific heat of the water, the thermohydric panel allows to accumulated energy not only when the water is running through the circuit also when is stopped. This energy is transferred to the heat exchanger which will work as the evaporator of the system. The compressor is the main element who make the energy transfering from the outside to the water storage and reverse, according to its operating mode. This in addition to the panel exposure to direct sunlight allows obtaining a higher performance heat pump as a result thanks to the solar gain. The primary evaporator captures solar and environmental energy in normal operating mode, when the external conditions are adverse, the evaporator comes into operation, it only evaporates at very low temperatures. The system consists of an outdoor unit, designated to capture the renewable energy contained in the air, and an indoor unit that containing all the refrigeration components in a single compact unit.
