The Doll s House Maker To leave nothing to the imagination, a scale doll s house of one of Argyll Place s elegant Townhouses has been produced by Miniature Mansions. Built by combining the latest technology with traditional skills, as well as showing the grandeur of the building itself, each piece of furniture has been lovingly handcrafted to give as accurate a representation of the luxury the development affords as possible. Led by John Payne, the team based themselves at the world-famous Shepperton Film Studios for the project. It was an apt location considering the wealth of prop-making experience the team possess. In fact, their filmographies read like a who s who of Hollywood. Not only did they weave their magic to create Harry Potter s Hogwarts, they deduced how to make a collapsible version of Sherlock Holmes s 221b Baker Street for Guy Ritchie and created extraterrestrial buildings for Alien Vs Predator, to name but a few of their films.
