1 MODEL SP 130K / SP 200K - SP 130k - SP 200k SP K Series Tilt-Over Spiral Dough Mixers are built heavy duty and with the latest technology. These mixers will hydraulically "tilt over" in order to discharge the fully mixed dough onto a bakers table or into a divider/extruder. Once the mixer is in the fully tilted position, both the agitator and the bowl can be rotated independently or simultaneously to easily discharge the dough. These SP K spiral mixers both save energy and reduce the mixing time by kneading faster without heating up the dough. These mixers are ideal for a wide variety of dough types from soft to firm dough. The mixing bowl, spiral agitator and stripper bar are all solid Stainless Steel. The mixer has a heavy duty, 2 speed main agitator drive motor. The agitator has the extra support bar design for stiff dough mixing and the mixing bowl is supported with [2] roller wheels so as to eliminate bowl flexing while mixing. The mixer can be used in Manual or Automatic mixing mode with fully adjustable mixing times and speeds. The pulley and belt drive system are both rugged and quiet. The mixing bowl can rotate in both directions independently with the agitator rotating for ease of removing the dough from the bowl.

The bowl, spiral and blades which are made of stainless steel are imported in set. Thus; it enables to make very small amount of flour to dough. The automatic and manual use options are available. The kneading time can be adjusted. Thanks to the belt pulley system, it operates very quietly. It also provides a two speed use by because of its double positioned motor. The emergency stop function and the security system on the cover are available. It can be moved easily thanks to its wheels. The most important specification is to be used with removable bowl system and spare bowl. Removable Bowl works compatible with Automatic Tilting Lift.

5 Hydraulic Bowl Lifter KD Series MODEL KD 250 Kumkaya s Hydraulic Bowl Lifter KD-250 will lift and tilt all mixing bowls to a height of 2800 for dumping the dough out of the bowl and into a divider, dough extruder or primary dough feeder. This unit can also be customized to work with other types of mixing bowls as well. It is built from heavy duty steel with a five [5] stage hydraulic cylinder for smooth and positive elevating and dumping of the bowl. The hydraulic package is self-contained and easy to maintain. This unit is very stable and yet compact to work within tight plant layouts.
