To ensure that you receive their deliveries in time by December 22nd, 2017, please note the following order assumptions: For deliveries outside of Germany we needed the order latest by December a.m. Incoming orders received after this dates will be delivered in 2018 because of organizational reasons. Starting from January 02 our internal sales team will be available for you as usual. «Customer survey '17 Results Picture: Customer survey 2017 Satisfied customers are loyal customers and they feel an affinity with the Buzil brand. In 2017, we asked once again: How satisfied are our customers? To find the answers, we surveyed our specialist wholesalers as well as users of our products in Germany and abroad about various topics, from April to October. For example: What do you value most about Buzil? How satisfied are you with product quality? How satisfied are you with the quality of advice and support? Would you recommend Buzil to others? The results are now in. Just as we found two years ago, Buzil has reason to be pleased with product quality and quality of advice, delivery reliability and complaints management. In particular, all classifications and labelling have been reviewed again, and where necessary, verified by certification and testing; recent findings regarding safe use of our products have been applied; feedback from customers and official bodies with regard to clarity and plausibility of safety-related information has been incorporated into our safety datasheets and operating instructions; further country-specific and language versions have been created in line with our company s international strategy. Whether in sports, greetings and farewells... there are many situations where you shake hands with other people. In these moments, we hardly worry about the fact that we can transmit various aetiologic agens with this gesture. During cold times like in autumn and winter, the risk is even higher. To prevent the transmission of disease, the disinfection of the hands helps. Buzil shows you how to protect yourself and others in just 6 simple steps - with the proper hand disinfection. Give disinfection into dry hands. Rub the hands strong up to the wrists with the disinfection product for 30 seconds after the below procedures. Do the momenvents of each step five times. After completion of the sixth step repeat the individual steps up tp the specified application time. Make sure that the hands of the entire appllication time remain moist. 6 buzil.comm 4 17 Marketing and sales programme Stoneware system Just expertise: Stripping of porcelain stoneware tiles Porcelain stoneware tiles are microporous, fine-rough, partially glazed stoneware tiles with a high gloss finish. During stripping, worn floor finishes as well as all the loose and sticking dirt are removed from the porcelain stoneware tiles. Stripping is a multi-stage cleaning process, which is performed at larger intervals. Pick up loose dirt, and remove any mortar, plaster residue, and colour stains manually using a scraper. Apply the cleaning solution evenly over the floor, and leave it to work for approximately 10 to 15 minutes Deep clean the covering using a single-disc machine and a microfibre, activefi bre or melamine resin pad, or using a cleaning machine with contra-rotating brushes.. Pick up the loosened dirt using a wet vacuum cleaner, and rinse with water. Picture: The Buzil stoneware system The Your heroes in the fight against greyness and dirty pores campaign gives contract cleaners the chance to test our stoneware system free of charge. We have created test packs to facilitate this, and these include 250 ml O Tens G 500, O Tens Azid G 501, Erol G 490, Erolcid G 491, an extra microfibre hand pad, as well as the relevant application cards and product information. The test packs can be ordered on the campaign page on our website, or through our in-house and field service sales colleagues. From July to November, a total of around 2,000 free test packs were requested in Germany and around 400 internationally. High demand for the test packs shows that correctly and effectively cleaning stoneware tiles is important to many contract cleaners. 7 Trade fairs & Events Review CMS '17, Berlin Berlin! Berlin! We re going to Berlin! Some 18,300 industry visitors from 70 countries including around 30 employees from Buzil answered the call this September, as CMS 2017 opened its doors in Berlin. CMS is the year s main European trade show for cleaning systems. It provides a high-quality marketing platform for new contacts, image promotion and potential business in the international cleaning market. Over the course of four days, we were delighted to meet many customers national and international alike as well as other prospective customers, interested parties, partners and media partners. Advice, service and product innovations on the subject of the floor were presented under the slogan My performance, my presentation. And for networking, the new cocktail bar drew in guests with a wide range of freshly prepared cocktails. The hall party, held jointly with mobiloclean and Numatic on the second day of the trade fair billed as Hall 2.2 rocks! was a particular highlight. The cover band rocked the hall playing Everybody needs somebody by the Blues Brothers, and really fired up customers, business partners and employees alike.
