2 VMI Agitators A solution for each mixing 50 years of experience in agitation products Cynabloc Designed to produce high circulation efficiency thanks to the performance of axial effect blades, they are capable of performing the homogenization and suspension tasks, even for high volume vessels. Helibloc Mounted in a horizontal position on bowl ferrule, Helibloc line provides homogenization and maintains suspensions in large capacity vessels. Liquid/Solid VMI offers its know-how in the field of agitation to its wide range of customers belonging to various business sectors (chemicals, coating, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals...). With over 50 years of experience, VMI designs and produces its agitators with the needs of its customers in mind.. Dissolution Dynabloc The DYNABLOC agitators are suitable for performing dissolution, dilution or homogenization tasks for medium capacity bowls. 3 Top mounted deflocculator Dedicated to dispersion tasks, the DIRECT (low volume production) and EMPATEUR (high volume production) agitators feature a high rotating speed and are coupled to a turbine with radial effect dispersion. Bowl bottom disperser (DFC) This disperser is mounted at the production bowl bottom. It may be associated to a CYNABLOC type agitator mounted on top of the tank, thus ensuring vessel turnover. The Rotor/Stator can be associated with a Cynabloc agitator mounted on the top of the vessel to ensure vessel turnover and «stuffing» the emulsifier. 3
