This unit provides you with the requested dust extraction when needed. Hamach s Central Vacuum Unit s are divided into three specific ranges. Each range matching a different capacity. Experience in both industrial customer (4/7) and smaller customers. Service and maintenance by our experienced HCV team. Warranty included, possibility to expand with specific warranty packages. All HCV systems are custom made for each specific customer. Depending on the size of your company, requirements and budget, our experts build you your own HCV installation. In short each HCV system consists of 3 specific parts: Safety CE safety regulations All our HCV units and parts comply with the European Economic Area regulations. This is our declaration that our products meet the requirements of the applicable EC directives. Additional: ATEX blast cover provides an outlet for explosion in case of a limited explosive destruction. ATEX All HCV EQ & TQ systems are optionally available as ATEX zone units and match the requirements in directive 94/9/EC: European directive for equipment & protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. These special HCV ATEX units are suitable to be placed in area s which are indicated as a zone. These units are also suitable to extract potential explosive dusts. Piping The chosen Central Vacuum will be equipped with the requested pipework. The steel pipes of each HCV unit are electrically conductive and grounded. Central Vacuum Unit Each HCV system starts with one of Hamach s central vacuum units. This may vary from a small and portable HCV 40 HQ, suitable for 4 extraction points up to a industrial HCV.000 TQ suitable for 6 extraction points. 3 3 Extraction points For easy access we equip every work station with the extraction points of your choice. Filters The smart filter system of HCV makes sure that you are always working in the best possible circumstances. The automatic filter cleaning system prevents loss of underpressure. Switchbox All HCV units with automatic filter cleaning are equipped with a HCV switchbox* that enables you to use energy as efficient as possible. The integrated logo module functions as its computer. The switchbox controls the central vacuum units main functions like: start/stop, automatic filter cleaning and running time after turning off. Depending on the unit various additional functions like under pressure can be controlled. The HCV Switchbox is compatible with all our energy boxes and swing arms. Automatic start for electric sanders can be built in as an additional option. The double extraction points can be extended with power sockets, compressed air connections, a hose bracket for the sander and a switch for operating the turbine.
