4 Drinking plenty of water is vital. Getting your water directly from the mains supply is a great way to respect the environment. These are the values that underpin our mission. Water and the resources of the Earth are the most precious assets that humanity possesses. And their future depends on the choices that we all make, both as entrepreneurs and as citizens of this planet. Drinking water from the mains water supply, for example, is in itself an economically intelligent choice, and one that is also important for the environment, in terms of reducing the impact of plastic bottles on the ecosystem. But even if this becomes the standard way to consume drinking water, it will still not be sufficient. When we founded Blupura, it was our conviction that we could make a difference by offering the market better, greener water coolers that gave us the impetus to pursue this adventure. It is a choice that we pursue every day through a project geared towards total quality, which envisages the use of nothing but materials of the highest quality, to guarantee excellent durability and performance levels. But we also want our coolers to be beautiful, functional and ergonomic, benefitting from stylish, modern and proudly Italian design. It is an ambitious philosophy, which requires a multi-faceted organisational approach, but one that enables us to verify the quality of the work being done, thanks to a design and manufacturing process managed in-house, meaning that our units are entirely made in Italy, from start to finish. Our advantages Dispensing Option for sparkling and slightly sparkling water, room-temperature water, cold water at 5-12 C and, on certain models, even hot water at 95 C to make it easy to prepare tea and infusions. Capacity Every BluPura unit can dispense different quantities of cold water every hour. Cooling Blupura coolers feature the following professional cooling technologies: the innovative DRY COOLING, the high-performance ICE BANK and the ultra-practical DCT. Refrigerant gases Use of fluoride-free natural gases. Shortly, the first coolers with IoT (Internet of Things) technology will be available, enabling remote management via an App. Filtration Our units feature a number of filtering solutions, including active-carbon filters, water treatment based on the principle of osmosis, and an in-line UVC (12 W) lamp. Anti-bacterial protection system Options include: UV-OUT lamps, NANO SILVER PIPE technology and automated OZONE sterilisation. 6

7 Cooling technology DRY COOLING - This is an innovative, direct cooling technology that sees the water coils (made of stainless steel) and the refrigerant gas coils (made of copper) combined in a single die-cast aluminium unit. Using Dry Cooling allows the cooler to be more compact and to deliver professional levels of performance in a home or office context. ICE BANK - This is the most high-end professional cooling technology, which is necessary in all those hospitality industry situations in which the highest levels of performance are essential. These levels are reliably achieved thanks to the immersion of the water coils and the refrigerant gas coils into an ice bank. DIRECT CHILL TANK - This is the technology with water cooling or air cooling that does not require ventilation. The process of carbonating the water takes place within the shell of the unit. 7

8 Hygiene and security: filtrations UV OUT - Anti-bacterial UV lamp operating at the outlet on each tap. As demonstrated by numerous studies, UV rays have a sterilising effect and prevent bacterial proliferation. or NANO SILVER PIPE - A pipe made from AISI 316L stainless-steel, which undergoes a special, innovative, nanotechnological surface treatment based on silver ions. Surfaces treated with these nano-particles take on a more compact, smoother form. This avoids the formation of deposits, biofilms and bacterial colonies. Moreover, since the water is flowing better in the tube, the number of drips at the end of the dispensing process is reduced. or OZONE - Ozone is an additional anti-bacterial technology available on many models in the Blupura range. At the end of each dispensing operation, and in any case at regular intervals managed by a timer, ozone (completely flavourless) is released into the dispensing tap, keeping the environment sterile at all times. IN-LINE UV Filtration using a UVC (12W) in-line lamp. ACTIVE CARBON - Purifies the water, making it crystal clear, odourless and flavourless. The touch screen controls are all under glass and the absence of mechanical buttons allows for simple cleaning with the wipe of a sponge! ENERGY SAVING When desired, the unit can enter stand-by mode, reducing consumption by 75% compared to when in fully operational mode. This allows for a form of energy saving that, thanks to the maintenance of a low temperature, avoids bacterial proliferation. I.T. INOX TOUCH A control panel with high-quality stainless-steel buttons is our alternative to the touch-screen controls. It is a more comfortable solution that delivers the same level of performance. PORTION CONTROL Volumetric portioning, which enables the customisation of the amounts dispensed, makes for a convenient, rapid service. CONVEYOR Water coolers generate heat when operating. The Blupura conveyor, as found on the BluSoda Box 30 and 45 models, collects and expels warm air through a single opening, in line with which a hole is made in the internal base of the cabinet that houses the Box, enabling optimum heat dissipation and saving a considerable amount of space. All of the BluSoda models - the smallest coolers in the Blupura range - supply cold still and sparkling water, as well as room-temperature water or water at 95 C ( Hot version) to prepare a nice cup of tea. The range is completed by the new BluSoda models, PLUS 30 and 45, with blue LEDs on the buttons, which also function as alarms, confirming whether the sparkling water is turned on or off. 19 Stylish, versatile, powerful. Wave is the top-quality solution for compact water coolers intended for offices and community spaces. All of the Wave models dispense cold still water and cold sparkling water, as well as room-temperature water or hot water at 95 C (Hot version). The quality of the Wave model is evident in its feature list: a professional, stainless-steel carbonator; an inlet safety valve; a self-diagnostic alarm (no water / no CO2); a mechanical inlet filter to protect the hydraulic components; and a non-return valve. Fitted with a locking front hatch, the interior of the Wave unit can easily be inspected from above, allowing for easy maintenance. IT Inox Touch Same great performance as WAVE, but in a more practical version, thanks to the replacement of the touch-screen commands with high-quality stainless-steel buttons. The Hot version The model intended for office use, which also offers the convenience of hot water, at the perfect temperature for preparing tea and fruit/herbal infusions (8 Lt/h C). A safety device prevents the accidental dispensing of hot water.
